I visited Lalpath lab for blood test.Branch: Vision 9, Pimple Saudagar, Pune. The technician there doesn’t seem trained, took time locating vein and wasn’t confident in her work. Once she pierced, the needle was kept at the site and 6 test tubes were filled, attaching 1 by 1. Have done similar tests in other lab, they used to be either 1-2 test tubes max. I gave my test early morning yesterday (Friday: 27th March). I was supposed to receive the report yesterday by afternoon. Since then I have been following up for the report and received the same answer every time that "you will receive it in 2 hours".
My doctor's appointment is dependant on the report....

I enquiried before testing with customer support, they very sweetly told me that before 48 hrs our technician will come in ur home and will take the swab sample from ur home collection and report will come within 24 hours and u can travel without harassment...sir...

I had given my blood sample on 7th of December in the morning and afternoon for the serum cortisol test and the report came on 13th of December 2020. The report was wrong because the team repeated the sample. So again i was asked to give the sample and the report for it was given to me on 22nd March 2021 ( a time gap of more than 3 months ). I Mr.Jivraj Makwana is using Lalpath Lab for Blood Reports & PSA Report since more than 1 & half year, every month. My PSA Reports takes time(1 to 2 days) as samples are sending to Delhi. The phlebotomist was not skilled at all, they just hired anybody to fulfil the growing demand and actually playing with people’s life. The phlebotomist I was provided did not even know how to take the blood sample, I booked the advanced swasth whole body checkup and the phlebo couldn’t even insert the needle properly and punctured my hand 3 times again and again. Been 3 days now and my hand is swollen so badly and it’s quite painful....

Sir/Madam. I am Dr Adithi Menon, working at Sir Gangaram Hospital in Delhi. I am a high risk individual who was exposed to a covid patient in the line of duty. I became symptomatic and then underwent covid RTPCR testing on 19. 11. 2020. It has been more than 48 hours and my reports have not been released. My lab number is[protected].

It is such a bad experience with Lal path labs that Covid test given on 6th Nov and till date i have not received the report. I have calling the Sukh vihar center and your call center no, and everyone is saying it will come in couple of hours since 7th evening and nothing is happening.

Test given on 6th Nov @4.00 pm and lab id generated on 7th Nov @6.15PM since then I have chasing sukh vihar center...

While collecting the sample, the boy punctured my right forearm vein causing pain and internal vein bleeding. He tried to stop it by using his bare finger and caused further damage. I have given my Covid-19 sample on 21/10/2020 on Chandra laxmi Vaishali Ghaziabad center however I have still not received any update regarding report.

It's really disappointing . I never expect this kind of service from lal path lab.
