Sample was taken from my home for patient name 'Gurudas Chanda' (ID:[protected], SRF ID:[protected], LAB ID:[protected] by a Lal Path Labs sample collector - Tushar Mondal (Ph No: [protected]) whose number I am sharing because he is also at fault here as he is not picking up our calls regarding this issue.

The sample was taken on 25th April, then 26th April I was informed that the sample is lost and repeat sample is required. Then this guy Tushar Mondal came & took the sample for the patient on 27th April. I did not receive a sms after this sample was taken on 27th April and till now, I have received the Covid Report.

This is highly unprofessional and seems like a SCAM from LalPath Labs side as they have taken payment of Rs. 1, 500 & have not received the Covid report. Look into this matter and help us get the covid report or get our money back of Rs. 1, 500

Report not provided as per schedule

I gave my sample for covid antibody on Saturday 24th April 2021, morning 9:30 AM.
On their site, its mentioned if sample collected before 11AM, then same day report.
The sample collection agent told me by Sunday Day End the report will be positively delivered.
On 26th April, 2021, I have talked to 4 different people on the Dr Lal Customer care helpline,
Everyone telling that they have excalated the complaint on urgent bases and i would get a resolution call in 1 or 2 hours.

Today is 27th and today also i talked customer care and still no resolution.
I haven't got any call from them till now to resolve the issue.

Last three call to customer care i have requested to initiate the full refund of my fees.
They are not telling about the refund or the report.
I want the refund as the process has already taken more than delayed time.
I need to ask other path labs also to collect my sample.

Please help me get the refund.

Dear Sir,

We have booked for RT-PCR Covid test for Sutapa Beltharia and Aranyak Beltharia. Sample collect dated[protected] by Anup Ghosh. Still now no reports provided. Every time the above mentioned person said today we will send the report by 7 pm.

I had booked covid test 16April which was scheduled to be collected on 19April 2021between 2.30 to to 3 PM. I have already paid test charges of Rs 1200, however no body had came for tsample .Therefore payment of Rs 1200 may be refunded to me.

I am subham deb, from teliamura, tripura.14/04/2021 I had given blood sample for h.pylori igg and iga test.
Generel thing the report should come within 3 days of test but it's already 6 days to continue but still I did not get the report. They are not taking my call. The person collected my blood sample telling it will come on 22/04/21.
What ### he is telling if the blood is hemolyzed then tell us to send it again I will not create any issue but if the report come wrong I will check it again on other lab also hereafter. Then I will not stop myself to fill a case against you. I had spend 3100/- for this test already

I tried booking few tests from id : [protected] worth 3370/- . Money has been deducted from my account but I did not receive confirmation on home collection visit or order id. There was no collection done or refund received for the payment

Indira Nagar Lucknow Branch of Dr.Lal Path Labs Lucknow demands higher amount than allocated for Covid-19 testing fees in Uttar Pradesh.Kindly take strict action against the lab.

On 13th I booked Mr Juned from Saharanpur branch for collecting sample on 14th morning. Even I reminded him At 6.30 morning today and he agreed to visit at 8.00 am but when he did not turn up I tried to contact him over phone and even text msg sent on what's up and through SMS also but he not respond me at all. Even I lodged this complaint with the Ambal road Manager Shri Manoj kumar he said me he is not well you can get your testing else where I am sorry to say that he did not understand medical emergency and instead of providing me alternate arrangement he simply said go to elsewhere. I am sure that such a casual approach of employees of Dr pathlab will drag its name to no where if such handful people are not removed from this chain. Kindly investigate this matter as I have all the details and proof.
Hope you will do justice to me as today apart from. Wasting my 3 hours in getting resolution of my problem I also faced a lot of mental agony.

Dear All

My covid 19 report is pending since last four days.

And this is very humiliating And i never expected this kind of services from brand like lal path lab.

I always recommended lal path lab to everyone who is known to me but now i have realized that I was wrong .

I called 20 times to local employee of Lal path Lab Garha Jalandhar Punjab since morning but he is taking things lightly.

And now i will to go higher authorities .

This is my last humble request to provide my report before 11 am tomorrow.

I took rapid covid test on 12 April and told me that report will be given max by 6 hours from now and still today I have not received my test report.
It was so time consuming, I reached to them 5 times in person and every time they propose me new time.
This is highly irresponsible. How come a patient will reach them again a again.
I have paid the rapid test to have rapid results.

I have not did any test in dr lab but now I m getting msgs for paying bill of another different different peoples.

I submitted urine sample at Lal pathlabs Yamuna Vihar centre on 08.04.2021 and was told by their staff that i will get report on 10.04.2021 evening but did not get report on 10.04.2021. I am having appointment with Doctor on 11.04.2021 at 12 noon. Very disappointing service at such a high price. Average price of other labs for Urine culture is Rs.350-400 whereas Lalpath Labs charges Rs.700 for the same but their service is Pathetic.

I am a resident of Tinsukia, Assam. I had to get a RT PCR done for institutional reasons for entry into Meghalaya. However, the lab charged me a price of 2000 rupees which does not seem to be the rate. On asking why he charged high, he had no answer and even refused to give a receipt of 2000.
I want immediate action against this.

We booked for home collection of our samples for COVID 19 test. Pushpendar walked in without a PPE and when we checked he said he had 5 in his bag.. and by the time he reached our home he actually ran out of it. he could go back and get more and be back in 30 mins. Since he had already entered our home we allowed him to take our samples. however we did raise this as a concern.

What was more alarming that we received a call from Susheel who spoke as if he did us a favour by having our samples collected. he said because we are going to raise a complaint he will not test our samples and he will have the money refunded. before I could say anything he cut the phone on my face. THIS WAS RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
Such a renowned company staff behaving like this is alarming and disappointing.

I am looking forward to having some action taken against Susheel for sure. Also because of this I had to stand in queue at a COVID 19 test centre ( Sapphire Mall Gurgaon )for approx 75 minutes to give my sample. This is at 12 noon in full heat when I was running fever and had cold.. The whole process has been mentally stressful and time consuming and even risking my life as COVID is deadly. What if I contracted the virus standing in between those 15 people.

Even at the Sapphire Mall, the person doing the test didnt have a face shield, the chair that was being used was not sanitised . they were still asking for physical copies of ID proofs... What are we even thinking !! Isnt it supposed to be a contactless service.

Home collection was 2000 for 2 people, test centre we did in 1000 for 2... 50% cost difference.. that too for a covid test when the pandemic is so deadly instead of making it easier we are making it difficult for the patients..

Should this not be resolved I am definitely going to the COnsumer COurt and making it huge on Social Media.

I am looking at atleast 1 year of free tests for both o[censored]s, a refund of my COVID 19 cost and a monetary compensation of Rs. 10000 each.

The samples were suppose to be collected at 5 p.m..
The time of collection was not adhered to, and was collected at 8 p.m
The report was suppose to be generated in the evening at 6 p.m on 4th April 2021 ...It was not generated
We are still waiting for the reports

We had clearly mentioned that these reports are required for traveling to West Bengal, due to new rules imposed by Govt authorities

Traveller's need to submit their Covid reports if they have to travel inter states

The communication was done with One of your employees who claims to be the manager of ecity, bangalore branch, with mobile number [protected]..

One of my report is pending from more than a month, but nothing action is taken, report is very urgent as i am pregnant and whole pregnancy is dependent on that particular report

This is Sunil Verma from Pathankot want to bring this into your notice that one of your Customer Care Cashier Mr.Jatin whose Mobile No. Is [protected] posted in Lal Path (Main Brach) Nakodar Chwonk, Jalandhar shown irresponsibility and misguided me about collecting my reports timing. He said you may collect your reports from this branch at 7:30 PM but as soon as i reached before the timing I found the brach was closed and there were no one guy who could answer me about this. Even that guy switched off his mobile number because he closed the branch before his routine timing. Now you tell me what kind of responsibility it is. This is the way your customer care executive should deal with us. It was quite urgent report of my father which i had to carried next day early morning to chandigarh, which made me feel bad about your services. I would never prefer or recommend your service to anyone in future, if you will not take any serious action against this guy who made me fool.

I visited Lalpath lab for blood test.Branch: Vision 9, Pimple Saudagar, Pune. The technician there doesn’t seem trained, took time locating vein and wasn’t confident in her work. Once she pierced, the needle was kept at the site and 6 test tubes were filled, attaching 1 by 1. Have done similar tests in other lab, they used to be either 1-2 test tubes max. When I questioned about the same, she said 3 would go for testing and 3 tubes will be kept with them. Not sure about real intention behind it. But, doing so surely puts unnecessary pressure on needle multiple times and I guess needle moved here n there while she attached and detached each test tube. It wasn’t a smooth procedure. 2 days later, I got bruise and swelling at the site, clearly indicating traumatic needle injury.

I urge to improve quality of technicians, hire trained person for the same.

I gave my test early morning yesterday (Friday: 27th March). I was supposed to receive the report yesterday by afternoon. Since then I have been following up for the report and received the same answer every time that "you will receive it in 2 hours".
My doctor's appointment is dependant on the report. I have rescheduled it many times since yesterday.
I went to the lab this morning and they were clueless about the report. I contacted customer care and the best they could inform me was to wait for another 2 hours. As per your team, your technicians and doctors do not report till 10, 10:30 AM so I'll have to wait till then.

Obviously your report is not reliable for me anymore. I doubt that you have lost it and will share manipulated report with me.

This was a pathetic experience.
Apparently same thing happened with my husband last month.
We are definitely not returning to path lab.
Further I am now going to file in an official complaint against Path lab services for cheating and manipulating medical report.

In case you find this matter serious enough. Start handling your customers professionally and empathetically.

Hello sir, this is aprajita dubey, I have given my swab sample for covid test, because I have to travel and it's mandatory to keep negative test report with passengers...
I enquiried before testing with customer support, they very sweetly told me that before 48 hrs our technician will come in ur home and will take the swab sample from ur home collection and report will come within 24 hours and u can travel without harassment...sir more than 24 hours gone, still my report showing in process...
Tell me how to travel without report???
It's very mentally torture given by this type of laboratory...it takes 980 rs from me and now don't reply to customer for any queries...

[protected] को सेक्टर 29 में मेरे द्वारा सैंपल फिर से दिया गया और सैंपल लेने वाले सज्जन द्वारा 100 rs चार्ज लिया गया मेरे द्वारा receipt मांगे जाने पर बोला की 100 rs नहीं होती मैंने बोला ok कोई बात नहीं और बोला sir शाम तक रिपोर्ट आ जाएगी उसके बाद मेरे द्वारा email पर[protected] को ईमेल तीसरे बार सैंपल के लिए एक पीडीएफ फाइल मिली जिसमें लिखा था अंग्रेजी में please repeat sample due to technical reasion

Very bad experience, sample collected on 22.03.2021, technician informed report will be ready by evening now customer care representative saying report will be available on29. 03, this is disgusting, misleading information about tests, no professionalism. I need refund of 2200 which they havecharged. playing with customers health

You are highly arrogant people and the life of people is just nothing for you. Rs. 150 are more important for you than the life of a person.

In no time, big companies had to shut their doors as they thought of themselves God On Earth. No wonder if Lal Pathlab also follows suit.

Attached are the reports and picture of my arm with blood clots and swelling caused due to careless and not trained staff and technicians.
During my morning visit to Belathur blr -67 centre for fasting blood sugar they were unable to get the vein and blood, I kept asking if they have a blood pressure checking machine or want me to wait till some experienced person comes in.
But they insisted and in second ### could get the samples.
When I returned for the post prad.. after two hours same nurse was not there and the boy (absolutely not fit to be a technician or completely lacks training), he just kept trying in multiple places and also moved the needle inside causing pain, discomfort and stress.
Absolutely unacceptable by such a reputed Pathalogy Lab.
1. Would urge the management to look into this at the earliest.
2. Staff needs to be trained and certified.

I am trying from 2 hours to book a COVID-19 test and all are either neglecting to conduct test or giving invalid mobile number further
Location is Ludhiana.
Disgusting behaviour and trestment.

Nobody turned up to take home sample even after receiving a confirmation for the same on the phone . Patient is a doctor on chemotherapy herself. Finally she had to Visit the lab which was not recommended by her oncologist . Even on repeated requests no one came . She needs to be tested atleast 3 times in a month. When tests are more in number, the person comes . But otherwise there is a poor response . Every month we get covid & all other tests atleast once for the last 3 months . Business wise also, we are good clients for Lal's path lab. If you don't respond we will be forced to shift to another lab for the next chemo cycly.

Hi, My name is Manish and i have submitted a blood sample at Kalka ji, Dr. lal path labs on 02-March-2021 morning 10 AM. They supposed to provide the report within 4 hours but it's more then 30 hrs now.

We have a planned biopsy test and waited for the report, we tried to contact all the levels in Dr. lal path labs, but there is no response. They don't have any clue where my sample is, why it is getting delayed and no One is getting bothered about my concern.

Please take necessary action against them. i am attaching my payment receipt and sample details.

I Mr.Jivraj Makwana is using Lalpath Lab for Blood Reports & PSA Report since more than 1 & half year, every month. My PSA Reports takes time(1 to 2 days) as samples are sending to Delhi. I am at Baroda and Manjalpur lab is collecting samples. This time sample is given on 20Th.Feb. early morning at 8am. Till now after 4 days report is not recd. Call at Alkapuri Office, talked with Bakulbhai and requested for status.He straight way replied in very rough language as under, " I can't do anything, don't call me, speak to delhi office. This is not my work, i have nothing to do with your case, if you want complain even to higher level, i have no FEAR of any one in the Lab authority. Being Dr.Lalpth Labs name is too big and honorable, i can't imegine such person also have in this lab. You should take proper action against replied language and he must be punished.
