Lab No[protected] covid repeat test requested on 17th
18th Nov Morning the updates uploaded is showing result as Inconslusive.
Since it has been more than 15 days repeat covid test was done to see negative report of covid .The executive came from dr lal path lab for home collection did not wear PPE Kit and took samples very fast and was told to take swabs properly
This is total error on part of dr lal path lab and Rs 2400 paid for test is charged without satisfactory answer by customer care of lab which was assigned my test.
Kindly check and re extract the RCA or arrange for my retest as there is no fault in customer giving sample Was this information helpful? |
