I gave my sample for covid antibody on Saturday 24th April 2021, morning 9:30 AM.
On their site, its mentioned if sample collected before 11AM, then same day report.
The sample collection agent told me by Sunday Day End the report will be positively delivered.
On 26th April, 2021, I have talked to 4 different people on the Dr Lal Customer care helpline,
Everyone telling that they have excalated the complaint on urgent bases and i would get a resolution call in 1 or 2 hours.
Today is 27th and today also i talked customer care and still no resolution.
I haven't got any call from them till now to resolve the issue.
Last three call to customer care i have requested to initiate the full refund of my fees.
They are not telling about the refund or the report.
I want the refund as the process has already taken more than delayed time.
I need to ask other path labs also to collect my sample.
Please help me get the refund.
