I booked for testing for dated 18th October 2020at 7-30a.m. The prescription was sent by whatsApp. Accordingly an SMS was sent from your end saying that amount Rs. 555/-would be paid. The phlebotomist, might be Gopal Mondal came and asked me to pay Rs. 875/- including collection charge. In reply he told that Rs. 555/- was given for the test FT4 & FBS only, and testing of TSH would not be done. I told him that the rate was given against sending of prescription. The blood was collected lab no[protected]. Please look into the matter seriously and send the report as per prescription. Was this information helpful? |
