Had booked LFT alongside stool test on 31st May with lalpath.Guy named Mujakkir came and took the blood sample. Was going to come for stool after 2 hrs, then on your request promised to come next day .Despite calling him 7 times, he did not respond. I called customer care who gave me repeated assurances at least 4 times that someone will come in 2 hrs or 4 hrs.. Customer care each time said that they are escalating her case.Yesterday after 4 days the escalation completed 2 hrs and lalpath called to check on the sample.By now I got the test done with Max who are far more professional.
