We booked for home collection of our samples for COVID 19 test. Pushpendar walked in without a PPE and when we checked he said he had 5 in his bag.. and by the time he reached our home he actually ran out of it. he could go back and get more and be back in 30 mins. Since he had already entered our home we allowed him to take our samples. however we did raise this as a concern.

What was more alarming that we received a call from Susheel who spoke as if he did us a favour by having our samples collected. he said because we are going to raise a complaint he will not test our samples and he will have the money refunded. before I could say anything he cut the phone on my face. THIS WAS RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
Such a renowned company staff behaving like this is alarming and disappointing.

I am looking forward to having some action taken against Susheel for sure. Also because of this I had to stand in queue at a COVID 19 test centre ( Sapphire Mall Gurgaon )for approx 75 minutes to give my sample. This is at 12 noon in full heat when I was running fever and had cold.. The whole process has been mentally stressful and time consuming and even risking my life as COVID is deadly. What if I contracted the virus standing in between those 15 people.

Even at the Sapphire Mall, the person doing the test didnt have a face shield, the chair that was being used was not sanitised . they were still asking for physical copies of ID proofs... What are we even thinking !! Isnt it supposed to be a contactless service.

Home collection was 2000 for 2 people, test centre we did in 1000 for 2... 50% cost difference.. that too for a covid test when the pandemic is so deadly instead of making it easier we are making it difficult for the patients..

Should this not be resolved I am definitely going to the COnsumer COurt and making it huge on Social Media.

I am looking at atleast 1 year of free tests for both o[censored]s, a refund of my COVID 19 cost and a monetary compensation of Rs. 10000 each.
