Dr. Lal PathLabs — wrong report generated

I have been submit blood regarding BCR ABL Percentage but not find report in BCR ABL Percentage
Find Percentage Ratio (As linearity) i.e. wrong
After that complaint his helpdesk no[protected]
his raise me complaint 03.12.2019 Comp No- CMP[protected] but no response next day raise a new complaint no, CMP[protected]
but not resolved til now.
his support executive ask me depatment call u after 1 to 1.30 hour but no response, i call u many time same response his executive.

So i request to resolve my problem urgent basis.
