Dramlic — Product and refund issue

I have ordered a product on 15sept 2021 and received parcel on 19th sept 2021 but the one which I received is totally different and cheap one. When I asked to refund or replace it same product they asked me to return product to given address and I will have to bear all shipping charges though it wasn't my fault. I asked to refund amount in that they are saying they will refund to my dramlic wallet after they receive the parcel. I want my refund to same mode of transaction. They are fooling and looting customer for their hard earned money. They are displaying product which they even own it and showcasing fake reviews I want government to take legal action against them. Please help
