Dream 11 — payment has failed in dream 11 | |
Hello! Day before yesterday, i tried to add rs 49 to my dream 11 account to enter a contest but after entering my otp, my hdfc account instantly got deducted by rs 49 but the dream 11 app showed as payment failed.. Please look into my issue n credit my dream 11 account by rs 49 as these are already deducted from my bank account.. Please sir look into my issue please refund my money... My winning amount is not debited in my bank account within 24hour my winning amount is Rs-400 but still not debited...!

Hi, I ranked in the winning bracket and should have won Rs. 35 but instead just received Rs. 0.52. My rank was 3, 79, 974 and the cutoff was 3, 80, 000. Sharing below few images to show the mentioned ranks.
