[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — App doesn't respond; want to update new bank account | |||||
Hi, My name is pankaj tyagi. I have an account on dream 11 by the name tyagi chargers under email id pankaj.[protected]@gmail.com. Long time back i deactivate my bank account with my back because of some personal reasons. When i tried withdraw 500 rs from my dream 11 account i got to know i have the same account updated on dream 11 which i got deactivated. I didn't receive those 500 rs. Now, i want you to please help me get my amount credited back to dream 11 account and update my new bank account on dream 11 as i am not able to see that kind of option in the app. I tried contacting them more than 100 times using their app but it pops up an error all the time that not able to send your message right now. Then i tried contacting them by email @ [protected]@dream11.com and i got a response that they can't assist through email. Need to contact through app only. There's no contact number as well.
