I was wining price in zimbabwe vs pak match. Wining price is added my account. But 24 july deducted amount from my account why and i withdraw 400 rs to my bank but also it failed why

Updated by Rebel raj I was received 700 on 22 july. When i made it for withdraw on 22 july they was showing 178 and remaining 538 was cut due fair play violation. Sir i made a league and earned those money by challeging my friends. Hw is it fairplay violation?, can u pls give me answer and how can i get money back to my account. And this deducted amount I want my dream 11 account
