Dream11 Fantasy — fraud with pan number

Hi, my name is anil kumar. I have made a account with mobile number [protected] in dream11 and when i am going to verify my pan number its said ' already used with different account' then i have registered complaint to dream11 helpdesk. They replied me ' i have checked our system and can confirm that pan card apfpk6105c is already verified on another dream11 account associated with the team name 'gragu 474', email id “g*[protected]@yahoo.com” and mobile number 82*0793 (Email & mobile masked for security.' i don't know any person with this email id and mob number and also never used my pan card with this account. Then how it is possible. So i request you to kindly take action against them as they are taking pan card with customers and giving to someone else for using the same. They are doing fraud with the pan numbers which is very dangerous for the people. Please resolve it earliest.
