On 6th april at evening at 6:13 pm i tried to transfer rs 100 from my bank account to my dream 11 account and my money was deducted instantly from my bank and i received a message from my bank that rs 100 has been debited from my account but i haven't received it in my dream 11 account.

I have stopped receiving bonus from my friends when they play dream 11 on my invite and it is nit as such that they have completed their 100 rupees mark. I mistakely submitted wrong email id which is not available. And in the helpdesk no solution is found regarding this problem. Those email which are wrongly submitted have no account on this email. Please check this problem and help for changing this incorrect email id. Otherwise i don't verify our account with this wrong email id. I transfered. Rs777, from my sbi to dream11 account.. But the amount doesnot reflect in my dream 11 account...
The bank shows the successful transfer with proper transaction number.. But it is not refleting in the dream 11 account...
It has been more than 9 hours since i transferred the money from sbi debit card to dream 11... N it it is not added to the dream 11 account..
My transaction id 06-april-2019 by debit card...

I have deposited Rs.230 from my debit card and the amount has been deducted but it is not showing up in the app..and have contacted dream11 from various ways but not getting help. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.
