I am trying to update my pan card to withdraw my amount but it saying your card is connected to other account. Even after sending mail to their customer support i am not getting any response. I have only 1 dream 11 account and no where else i have updated my pan. I have raised concern to dream 11 support almost 2 weeks back but still not resolved. I am not sure why this problem is happening how can someone (If added my pan) as my mobile number and email id is verified plus i have aadhar card linked to my bank account, i should get option to add alternates as this unnecessary bug in app or dream 11 database is not allowing me to withdraw money. I need quick support and if required action to take this to closure. Attached is error shown on app

    Dear dream 11 team i can say dream 11 is really genuine but because o[censored]nawareness we refer to frnds and we get bonus and we play with that money and with them.. ok i agree and now we wont play with our reffered friends but yestrday i withdrawn 9800 rs but it returned today at 6 pm saying fairplay violation debited 180rs... im not going to refer for few days and watever plss wen i withdraw next time that 9800 amount plss credit to my account.. u can call me at [protected] or respond at [protected]@gmail.com

      I am not able to invite my other friends and this looks really bad.
      Kindly unblock it. I have not done any fair play voilation. If somehow i did any voilation please role back that.

          Sir iam playing dream 11 fantasy league11 since an year and as well i did particpated on 12/04/2019 and the match was between KKR V/S DC and iam a winner also but I also got mail message explaining that iam a winner in that contest but in dream11 app i did not got my winning prize sir please help me and my winning prize is 34 rupees i made so many complaints they messaged me that they had provided my money but when I check my dream11 app no money is provided to me sir iam not asking the company money but iam asking for my money itself and that money is very important to me sir I don't know why they cheated me sir iam requesting to u to give my money and if they want i will send a screen shot of my dream 11 app notifications please help me sir

              My pan card is in Telangana residence but my bank account is in noida. Im played dream11 now I'm updating. Pan card it shows you are not eligible to play dream11.                       This is very ridiculous...happening every time ..not acceptable. You should be professional with the application. money is always getting deducted and not reflected in the App. We are spending here our money and your app does not behave as per the scenario. This time I was Adding money i.e Rs 6000 and it got deducted from my bank but your gateway system is not handling the application properly. This is happening many times. Now i think we I should use other application to play. I want my Rs. 6000 back within 15 mins otherwise now I will take a serious action against Dream11.

                              Today a short while ago, i tried to add rs 1547 to my dream 11 account to enter a contest of rs 1547 but after entering my otp, my hdfc account instantly got deducted by rs 1547 but the dream 11 app showed as payment failed.. Please look into my issue n credit my dream 11 account by rs1547 as these are already deducted from my bank account.

                                    Dream11's risk team is claiming that i have created multiple accounts for cash bonus. Due to this my request of my winnings of ₹270 has been captured by them.                                       Dream11's risk team is claiming that i have created multiple accounts for cash bonus. Due to this my request of my winnings of rs200 has been captured by them. If at all i have made any violations why dint they notify me earlier and at the time of retrieving my winnings they are playing such cheap tricks.
                                      My suspect is that i have changed my mobile from google nexus to samsung j7, while copying all my data from former to new mobile i copied dream11 details as well, my be they have mistaken this for a duplicate account.
                                      If at all they are fair enough or prompt they should have blocked my account if i have deviations from their standards, but this dream11 team is just working for money and playing cheap tricks to capture money from innocent people.
                                      I want my winnings back from the team!

                                      I received a discount offer from your team. I joined a contest using a offer. But discount offer is not appied. My full contest cash as been deducted.but it shows that offer applied. Why this type of error occurred.

                                        A player is not allowed to change his name as per your fair play policies. But you have allowed one such player to chnage name? Is this what you call *fair play*. This is absolute crap. I have requested multiple times to change one word in my team name but you guys haven't me allowing me to do so. Your policy must not be lenient to one person. Please fix this.
