Dear sir,

Ref: jilla1988 team vs. Parth9051lj, one on one tournament amount 5750

One in one match. (Winner takes all league)

For an amount of rs.5750

I am herewith sharing you screenshots of both my team and the opponent. Both the teams share exactly the same player including the csptain and vice captain.

I hope this is a mistake from your end. Kindly rectify and refund the money in my wallet.

Kindly ensure this error wouldn't happen in future else i would consider it a fraudulent practice from your end and report it to concerning authorities.

After this mail there is no response from dream11 please help me in this
According to terms and conditions dream 11 never accepts same teams in leagues

Dream11 Fantasy Customer Care's response If the teams you and your competitor have made are the same, along with the VC & C, then both the teams will have equal points and the winnings, if you have won, would be distributed equally amongst the 2 in a contest which has more then 2 participants. In an H2H contest, we would refund the entry fee to both the participants if the teams are the same.
