[Resolved]  Dream11 Fantasy — money got deducted from account but not deposited in dream11

I tried to add money to my dream11 account yesterday and money got deducted twice from my account but not deposited in my dream11
Please try to return back or reply as soon as possible i added 500 to my dream11 account and the transaction was taking too long then money got deducted from account but no deposit in dream11 so i added 500 again and it got deposited now what about the 500 which is deducted from my account but not deposited here please reply

I was deposited 7800 Rs in 18th April 2019 but money not showing in my account dream11 account. But money is deducted from my bank account and not added in dream 11 account.

Dream 11 havent proper customer help center. In there help center they are showing us query as they listed. We cant raise our query

I have reached level 120 but i haven't received leveling up bonus when i reached at level 120

Worst customer support service
Today during RR vs MI match, Number Balls left was displayed incorrectly.

The Expected Balls was 60
The actual Displayed was 59.

I have joined a Rs 100000 (entry fee Rs 15) contest in dream 11 between SOM and KET on 19 April 19 but it is showing that NO CONTEST JOINED

Even image is less than 3 MB.
I joined a 1299 contest but it said something went wrong and money was deducted from my account but in joined contest it did not appear will my money refunded
