My account has been suspended after almost 2 years and the day when i initiated my first bank account transfer. My winning amount has been deducted as well. Dream 11 doesn’t have customer care number and i mailed many times but all they are saying they are following up with risk team. Why dream11 deducted 753 rupees from my wining amount without any intimation? This is not fair. This is really unexpected. My dream11 mobile number [protected] My dream 11 email shreyos. Yesterday for the first time i submitted a balance transfer request of 200 rupees and today my account got suspended for fairplay violation. Also rs 753 has been deducted from my account. Kindly note i didn’t violate fairplay and also why dream 11 suspended the account in the next day of my 1st balance transfer request? Please help me by refunding the amount deducted. This is the first time i was withdrawing the amount although many times i have added money to my dream 11 account. Don’t know why after 200 withdrawal request my account got suspended. I always encourage my friends as well to play dream 11 and i am a very big fan of dream 11. This is unexpected. This is terrible customer support for dream11.
Don’t give default reply ..also you don’t have any customer support number.
I already did all this and that’s why received the mail and mail communication is going on which I pasted in the description.
Resolve it as soon as possible.
