[Resolved] Dream11 Fantasy — my winning amount is not showing | |||
Hi, i had joined a contest for ind vs aus match on 8th and 10th march on dream11 app andi won couple of contest. There are maximum 10000, 35000 and 40000winners and my rank was3753, 10340 and 7016. According to the contest i am supposed to get my winning amount whereas it shows 0 and my money is not being given. Worse part is when trying to raise issue to the company, they don’t have an proper way to raise it, no customer care. For a short while, you would not be able to see the winning amount on the contest joined screen. However, you can see the same on contest leaderboard and in the recent transactions as well. Don't worry; we'll get it resolved soon.
