[Resolved]  Dream11 Fantasy — non receipt of withdrawal

I dhirendra kumar dream 11 users. My team name is the burning stars. I joined four contests of entry fee rs 29, 45, 99 and 33 in cpi tkr vs bar with same team and won total rs 830. I withdrew rs 500 on 03 oct 2019 at 11:35:32 am (Transaction id is lw201910306023725017673071). The withdrawn money has been deducted from my dream 11 account and the money has not been credited to my bank account. The withdrawn notification has not been received to my email i'd (Protected)@gmail.com. It is requested that the issue may solved at the earliest.
