[Resolved]  Dream11 Fantasy — payment failure twice for 1, 999.00 in dream11 but my bank account has been debited

Hi sir,

I am regular dream11 player since 2017 but today first time i have faced payment issue in my dream11 account.

On[protected] i was trying to join dream11 contest for rupees 1, 999.00 through phonepe (Upi) and twice i have paid and not able to join the contest and again i joined 1, 999.00 through internet banking and successfully joined. But two payments for 1, 999.00 and 1, 999.00 (Upi) deducted from my bank account but not credited in dream11 account.

I have reached my bank account branch and thay confirmed that these two payments already been credited to dream11 benificiary account and given below references.

Please see the below deposit reference id's and credit my dream11 account as soon as possible.

My aa count was debited 3 times for 1, 999.00 (3 times) instead of one time.
