Dream11 Fantasy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 18, 2020 Updated by Prashant Suvarna HelloRs 526/- was expired and nullified. My pan was verified and bank account with ICICI was successfully added. I am not sure why this was forfeited and such type of transaction looks like sham. Now when I checked again it's showing my mobile Number, email and Pan verified. Snapshot attached. For some strange reason it's asking me to reverify bank account details which is totally unacceptable. I feel cheated that my amount is forfeited even though my account was verified in all sense Request you to reinstate my balance else will have to report the same to consumer forum for cheating.
