Hi, i have booked one apartment at dreamz suvidha, sarjapur road in with rs. 50, 000 then i have cancelled the booking seeing all the bad reviews of dreamz infra in the internet.
I have gone to the dreamz infra office for several times.
Finally after lot of persuasion the dreamz infra india company provided me a cheque for the refund amount but it was a 4 months post dated cheque.

When i submitted the cheque the cheque after 4 months it was bounced.
Now i am getting no response from them.

We booked a flat by initial payment of rs 1 lakh under dreamzgk project. But after cancellation request the refund amount is not given by builder. They keep giving different dates to pay amount. It's 1 year now. Today when i have called mr amarnath[protected] he told to call on sunday. I don't know how many more days it will continue to keep senior citizens money.

I have booked the flat with Dreamz infra in the month of 23-Jan-2015 i have paid the 650000/-(Six lac fifty thousand rupees) as booking advance and 20% of down payment. They said they will start the SADAN project with in 3 months of time, but after one year also it is not started, i have submitted the document for refund on 09/03/2016, according to agreement they given post dated cheque for the 29-July-2016, SBI bank HSR Layout...

Respected sir, I khizar baig even after making multiple requests and producing medical expenses for my kidney transplantation, I have been denied my ha
rd earned money, for my own purposes. I have sleepless nights every day and under going Dialysis thrice a week, can any gentlemen have mercy upon me and help me out of this deliema .
This is for your kind attention that I have invested 12.40 lakh for a flat in Dreamz Sanskar project in Feb 2013. Unfortunately I am diagnosed with ckdt2dm end renal stage and should go renal transplant at the earliest, so I request the authorities to refund my hard earned money to meet my medical expenses.

Waiting for my booking money of (12.60 lack) from dreamz infra india ltd and it’s more than 7 months now. I am updating here just to let other home buyers know about dreamz.

I booked 3 bhk (1300 sq ft) flat in dreamz sangam, near silk board, on 26 may 2014 for 28, 25, 000 and i already paid 12, 60, 000 to them. I cancelled the booking on 02 jan 2016 and they gave me a post dated check for inr 13, 78, 491 (Including interest i believe) and the check date was 26 may 2016 (145 days from the cancellation date).

One day before the check date (On 25 may 2016), i received a call from dreamz (Sanjay [protected]) asking me to not to deposit the check since there is no sufficient fund in their bank account and he said that they will issue a dd on first week of july. No update after that. I called them and visited their office multiple times since then but no use. In one of the visit (Second week of july), sanjay asked me to meet a person called akilesh ([protected]) and akilesh assured me that fund will be transferred to my bank account within a week. Neither fund transferred nor picking my calls now.

Later i learned that, they are owing money to several of their customers. One of my friend who works for a law firm in bangalore (Also my legal advisor) suggested me to deposit the check so legal proceedings can be initiated. I deposited the check and got bounced, as expected, on 26 july 2016 with reason insufficient funds. I am in the process of initiating a legal notice to dreamz infra directors and will be filing a 'check bounce' case if they do not respond within specified period. I am also planning for a written complaint to commissioner of police and talking with my media friends as well.

Hereby I, khizarbaig request and plead ur authorities to refund my amount of 12.4lakhs out of 13. 7lakhs for which I have received only 1.65 lakhs on installments, from two months. I kindly request you to refund my full amount to under go kidney transplantation at the earliest. I am suffering physically and mentally and having sleepless nights. I booked a flat in dreamz gk group for their sahavas project on 12.03.2012. But still now i. E., 26.07.2016 construction was not started and they committed by the sales agreement that flat will be ready for possession after 18 months from the time of booking.

I spoke to one north indian guy and he told that he also face the same with other project. So he cancelled his booking before 7 months. And the company gave him post dated check for his advance payment of 13 lakhs. But when he deposit the check it got returned. And still today he is struggling for his payment.

Please take necessary action on this company and please arrange to settle the payment for all the customers for money with interest and inflation charges.

The company came up with a 50% advance scheme in 2013 and promised completion of project in mar'2016. after my cancellation in apr'16 (no work ever started at the construction site for 3+ years) they were supposed to return the amount (30lacs+) in july'16. today they quoted "we have no money in bank". hundreds of customers are queuing up on daily basis outside their office to collect their hard earned money but the company is not responding at all. almost everyone's cheque has bounced.

Hereby i khizarbaig a customer of dreamz sanskar project kindly request you to help me out for my medical expenses amounting to 15 lakhs for kidney transplantation at manipal hospitals at the earliest, right now i am undergoing dialysis thrice weekly which is unbearable and leading to other complications. Am suffering from end renal stage t2 d m. Ckd. Since 9 months. Please kindly oblidge medical records given.

Due to dreamz infra india bangalore dishonesty, so-many families suffering alot. Management has to answer my following questions as i am also one of sufferers.
1. Without approvals or blue prints, why you are selling to innocent customers and prolonging for years without any development?
2. If innocent customers frustrated and cancells, why you are giving fake cheques and making them to roam around your office for years?
3. You collected so much money form thousands of customers by saying cheap rates and offers, where that money gone? Diverted to other fields?
4. You are unable to deliver even under construction projects in time, then why you are advertising 40 more projects, is it possible?
5. You are facing so many police, consumer court cases&civil court cases, can you deny?
6. For any business, honesty, promptness,, responsibility and proactiveness are fuel to grow, are you demonstrating any one quality at present?

Hereby i khizarbaig had booked a 2 bhk flat at ddreamz sanskar project on march 2014, which i had made full payment.
Till now nothing has been done not even registration. Unfortunately i am suffering from kidneys failure disease and had to undergo transplantation at the earliest. I have cancelled my flat on jan 22nd 2016. Still my refund amount is pending, i kindly request you make refund favourably for my medical expenses.

Dreamz infra india banagalore is cheat and fraud company. Somany customers struggling from last 4 years. They know middle class people weakness that they can be easily attracted by offers and cheap rates, same technique using to lure money. Once trapped has to struggle for entire life. They dont have capacity to construct any project at present then how they can go for 40 projects, just imagine. Dreamz management is shameless useless cheaters. Thousands of court cases and police cases againest them,

Planned property details: one 3 bed room flat.In dreamz gk infra p ltd – siddhi – 2 electronic city, bengaluru.
Flat price negotiated: rs. 20 lakhs inclusive of parking, excluding registration charges
Discount offered: rs. 50000
Other goodies offered by dreamz gk: rs. 1.5 lakh worth of furniture, a led tv and a fridge.
Booking amount – rs 100000 through icici bank cheque
Additional payment: rs 500000 through credit card on 15th february 2015.
Total amount paid – rs. 600000.
• receipt numbers and date: copies are available
• commitment from dreamz gk: construction to start within 2 months of booking that is by march 2015.
Completion and hand-over of the flat with in a year, that is by march 2016.
• reason for cancellation: construction did not start by december 2015. No firm date commitment on probable start date of construction
• cancellation procedure initiation date: december 21st 2015
• cancellation cheque details: post-dated sbi cheque no. 748215 dated 4th june 2016, handed over on 18th january 2016. The amount in cheque was that of rs. 590000.
• rs. 10000 was deducted against credit card payment, which was not communicated while receiving the credit card payment.

2. Payment against the frequent trips (Not less than 25 trips for follow-up) to dreamz gk office at silk board from my residence at anjanapura.

Please look into my complaint to address my concern of builder refusing to return my money and not honouring the mou.

[1] builder: dreamz infra india ltd

[2] amount paid: 10, 92, 500 over 4 cheques from sbi, from a period of 26/6/2014 to 11/9/2014

[3] subsequently an mou and sale agreement were signed, with the agreement that the project will be delivered in 18 months from the date of booking. i have originals of these documents with me

[4] the project is delayed and even now it is not started, with the reason that they have not got approval from bbmp yet

[5] i cancelled the booking in the month of december-2015, and as per mou they should return the full amount in 120 days. i got a post dated cheque dated 13/5/2016

[6] this cheque bounced with the reason of insufficient funds, and when i informed the same to them they gave an assurance letter stating that the amount will be paid in dd/rtgs by 23/6/2016. this has not happened and they still delay it with the reason that funds are not available. they refuse to attend calls from my side and when i visit their office they postpone the payment by 1 week everytime.

I dont understand, why authorities or police is not taking any action on Dreams infra for cheating, fraud and delays in their projects. Thousands of people have invested in different projects, People have invested their hard earned money to buy their dream home, But it seems their dreams are shattered, There is no one to listen to their problem.I hope you will do some deeper investigation and expose the real estate mafia in karnataka.I have written to PMO as well and waiting for the response to ensure people get the justice with out any further delay

I have booked 1bhk flat in sampoorti project near electgroniccity in august 2014 and i have paid 50% of total cost. but till now we are not getting proper response from their crm's.
No improvement at site + no flat allotment + no sale agreement. we have only mou as proof for our paid amount!!!

Not yet received my check for which I placed a cancellation request its more than a month now .

when I call the executives first they say 15days then after that again tomoro, two days, one week, .. only sometimes they pick up the call or other times its either not reachable or switch off.

I called to head office a lady picks up the call and says how may I help you. when said the reason and need to the status of check, she says she have no information about that. she infact gives the Cancellation department numbers every time you call. but when try calling the number she gave. its either switch off or not reacher or the number you have dialed is Invalid.
Kindly somebody help me out in getting my hard work money.

I am from middle class . they companies like this. will cheat a middle class man like me. and its very difficult. we have to beg for our own money. and spent more than 1000rs only for calling them. and wasting petrol to visit their office.

Hi Team,

The builder - Dreamz infra is not handing me over the MOU agreements for my flats. Moreover they are dishonouring the agreement and have held back rent payment for the last 1 year. After repeated calls and mails, they are threatening me of dire consequences.

Moreover all the cheques they have issued have bounced and I am lodging a separate complaint for that.

The flats / projects Dreamz initiated (Shloka and Sadan) have been on hold / pending for 4 years and they are constantly delaying it. There is no commitment to start the project / handover the flats.

They are complete fraud and they are not agreeing to refund back the money as well.

The following people are involved in the harassment for the last 3 years,

MD - Disha Chowdhury, Sachin Naik
CEO - Ananth
Direcotrs - Lokesh, Jagdish and Iqbal Khan
CRM - Radha, Reshma, Rukhsana and others...

Can you please help me to file a case with CREDAI and I will also take it up separately.

I can support the team with all evidences and call records required. I have all the bounced cheques, mails and messages. Please let me know the next steps.

I have booked a flat in Feb 2016 and i cancelled in a week. I have paid 1 lakh as a payment. Intially they gave me a check and by the end of check date they said they dont have enough funds in the account. And they said will give DD . After that there was no follup call from them.I have called couple of times. They are not even bothered to take the calls and not responding to msgs also. Its been more than 7 months after i cancelled the flat.

The whole team is one in the same. Really its disgusting. Looks like a fake company. I went ther to office many times. No one is responding.

Please suggest us . What needs to be done.
