I had booked a flat in Dreamz Infra company one of there project in silkboard.I had spent 6 lakhs in start for booking. After booking When I saw many complaints Against this company and later I found Dreamz project never start nor they complete any of their projects. So I cancelled my booking. Greamz Gk and TGS is a fake company... both company is running by Sachin Nayak. they will tell Disha choudhary is Md of Dreamz infra but actualy she is wife of sachin nayak. sachin nayak is handling all... they are not even registered land but they will take customer for site visit and they will show them site that is not registered with them.. they are telling possession will be 15 to 18 months but it will atleast take more than 6 years......

Dreamz infra didnt refund amount. I have experience with them. They have given me 4 cheques and all of them dishonoured and it is 6 months now they are not ready to pay it, they just want to make customerss run to court and till court orders they will enjoy the interest from bank.
