Dreamz Infra India — Bouncing of cheques issued for returns of booked amount | |||
On 2012 ihave booked a flat for dreamz sorovot project by paying the half price of the flat rupees eleven lacs fifty thousand. As nothing in above project has started after their repeated assurances, i requested the company to refund my money. Accordingly they issued me two post dated cheques which were bounced back. I have informed them and they assure me that they will refund my money by 31st of march 2016. But still today they have not refunded my money. I being a senior citizen living in far away place belived in dreamz infra india pvt. Ltd., bangaluru but now i find that my money are at stake. I have also filed a case for cheque bounce..
