Dreamz Infra India — Cheating by the builder

I have booked flat no. 108 in Dreamz Saisagar in JP Nagar, Bangalore in September 2013 and paid more than 50% of the project cost as advance payment. The project was to be completed in 24 months i.e. April 2015. In case if delay, the company had to pay rental at 1.5% on advance paid amount. Accordingly, the company paid rental for 4 months from April to July 2015 and stopped then onwards. The reasons are best known to the company. It is almost 39 months now, the construction is yet to commence. When contacted, the company officials are evading/ giving falls promise. Thus during last more than 3 years, the Dreamz co pant has cheated lots of gullible customers like me. When approached for cancellation, the officials have refused to accept cancellation applications. The company office is closed since last 10- 12 days. We are waiting for the justice.
