Dreamz Infra India — cheating of advance payment 30%

I booked a flat in dreamz saakar in horamavu project and paid 30% advance amount of rs. 585000/- (Cheque& cash). They offered me a free site of 30x40 at kanakakapura form land, 200000/- worth of furniture and other things. The company executives came to my place and collected cash and they pressurized through phone for the remaining amount. I pledged gold and transferred the balance amount of 30%. For which they didn't gave me receipt also. Lately i came to know that they cheated everybody in this regards. So here i am requesting to you that kindly do the needful to me
