Dreamz Infra India — Cheque got bounced and no response from the builder | |||
My name is Rakesh Panda. I booked an apartment in Dreamz Sairam in a pre-launch offer. I have paid 4 lakh rupees to the Dreamz Infra towards the booking in Dec 2014. But when I came to know from the CRM for Dreamz Sairam that the project Sairam has been cancelled because of the issue in land acquisition. Soon after that I cancelled my booking and got a Post Date Cheque of 4 lakh 32 thousand rupees. When I submit the cheque on the given date, 25th Nov'16, it got bounced with the statement that the account is a closed account and no more exist.
