We had booked a flat in thanisandra dreamz shashwath project of dreamz infra india ltd on 23rd june 2015, where the flat price war 32 lakhs and we booked on 50% advance payment scheme, that is 16 lakhs we paid, later they asked us to pay 1.60 lakhs so that they will we giving us a rental of 1% on the whole amount ie., 17.60 lakhs. Which will be given as a credit note or directly deduct able at the time of possession. We kept on calling and visiting their office, they were saying that your amount is safe with us so dont worry your flat will be ready but bit delayed for that delay we are paying the rental. Today i tried calling all their numbers but none was working so we visited the north and head office both where closed Kindly helps us to get the refund of 17.60 lakhs, it is our hard earned money Thanks and regards Bhavani.
