Dreamz Infra India — How i handle cheque bounce case and returned my money | |||||
Definitely this is a fraud Co. I booked a flat (seriously?) with 10-lacs years back and after delivery date over, nothing being constructed and nothing being returned. After a long fight, postdated cheque given and as usual bounced back after 2months when submitted. Filed a case in bangalore court through law-year against dreamz infra director. Case went for one year and just before arrest warrant issued, company given DD. ...This is how you can get your money back, no other choice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
