Dreamz Infra India — No response from CRM from last 2 months

I have booked 2 flats in Dreamz Swagat. No response from CRM from last two months and heard that they have closed the business. How to get back invested money . It's being 3 years booking this flat. Neither they have started construction nor updated on the construction progress and now it looks like they have closed down their office and not attending any of the phone lines they have.
