Dreamz Infra India — Project construction stopped and not giving documents

The above Company collected Rs.25 lakh from me in November 2014 towards sale of flat in 5 floor Samhitha project, JP Nagar, stating that they had already applied for BBMP approval. The builder had so far completed first floor roof only and despite innumerable attempts not giving sale agreements, construction agreement, etc. Their Customer Relation Managers are arrogant, they do not answer phone calls, they disconnect, they tell all lies and utter lies only. After receiving Rs.25 lakh not a single time they contacted me but I would have called thousands of times but to no avail.

It is a very bad fate that we invested in Dreamz. I am also in a similar boat with an investment of Rs.26L in Samhita and Slokha-1 properties. Let me know how we can join hands to resolve the case.
