My daughter and husband jointly invested in Swadesh project in March 2016. Umesh Kr Singh and Ms Bhavana had come to collect the cheque of Rs8 Lakhs for 2, 1BHK flats on 28/03/16 as 55% payment with an assurance that we will need to pay the balance only at the time of possession Later they forced us to shell out Rs 1 Lakh for sale agreement. We have an MOU but no registration which we tried to chase. Now their phones are disconnected. We wish to join the group which will take it up legally We need to get the money back. Will the Govt and Judiciary help us recover the amount. It is her hard earned money which she hoped would be a help in later years.They have really cheated us Someone please help us get back the invested money
