Dreamz Infra India — refund not amount not provided

I booked a flat with dreamz on feb 2016, with advance amount of 1, 00, 000. Due to personal problems i canceled the booking. After 6 months they provided me a cheque for 97, 000 rs. Before the cheque date i received a call stating don't post the cheque, due to insufficient in balance in account and you can come directly for getting the refund to office. But i was going to their office more than 20 times for getting the refund. There is no proper response whether they will give or when they will give. Suddenly the office is entirely shut down and i don't know whom to contact for the refund. If anybody knows pls help me to get my refund amount. Else, pls advise what to do.
