I've learned four wheeler driving class from Sivashakthi Driving school, Madipakkam. The owner is money minded. No one there knows the correct procedure to apply for a two wheeler or four wheeler license. They will not tell you what documents to bring/date of LLR and whats the procedure to apply for license.

The owner is very rude and money minded. He wont even smile at you. The Customer service is very very poor. br...
