Not providing Driving Certificate

I have completed my 15 days training from this driving school and now want to apply for learning DL for which I need driving certificate and enrollment no. Both of these things are not been provided by this fraud driving school even after multiple requests....

I am from Madurai and moved to Chennai 2 years back and not aware of procedures whether to hold 2 wheeler and four wheeler license separately. I've learned four wheeler driving class from Sivashakthi Driving school, Madipakkam. The owner is money minded. No one there knows the correct procedure to apply for a two wheeler or four wheeler license. They will not tell you what documents to bring/date of LLR and whats the procedure to apply for license.

The owner is very rude and money minded. He wont even smile at you. The Customer service is very very poor. br...
