Totally whole holiday was waste in drivezy... It is not good service and also thier car's are failure after travel some
Distance. Customer care not receive my call.. Plz dont pick any car..in drivezy.
I[censored] pick any car from divezy and this car fail after some distance then you have to book crane drop at pick up point. Its not good service. During this customer care dosnt receive any call from customer and they say only we cant do anything. Pls guys dont pick up any car from this site.
Chutiya hai company vaale. Paise bhi return nhi

I picked up a Ford ecosport from their Pune, Hinjewadi point. After some distance the clutch plate failed and car was not moving further. I called drivezy customer care and they asked me to get it repaired and the repair amount refund will be initiated once I drop the vehicle and submit the repair bill. Mechanic informed me that the clutch plate was very old and was bound to be broken at any point of time.
It took me 4 hours to get the vehicle repaired. Me and my family were stranded on road and had to bear the terrible inconvenience.
At the time of the drop I submitted the repair bill and images and I was assured that refund will be initiated and I will get the amount within 7-9 working days. 2 days later I received a mail from them saying as per terms and conditions of our company we cannot process your refund... That's how they plan to loot their customers.
Please note that renting a vehicle from drivezy is a real risky deal...
