Regarding refund ( regarding a breakdown incident I experienced with a car I rented from Drivezy approximately three years ago.)

During the rental period 24 -26 November 2020, the car unfortunately broke down midway, and in order to continue my journey, I had to arrange and pay for the necessary repairs out of my own pocket. I promptly reported the incident to Drivezy, and I was informed that I would be reimbursed for the expenses incurred during the repair process. My refund amount total Rs.4500.
Regrettably, despite the considerable amount of time that has passed since then, I have yet to receive any reimbursement from Drivezy for the repair costs. I have been patient and understanding, but it has now been an extended period, and I believe it is only fair that I receive the promised reimbursement for the expenses I covered to make the necessary repairs.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. If there are any additional details or documentation required from my end to expedite the process, please let me know, and I will promptly provide the necessary information.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I had invested many 2wheelers on drivezy platform, initial months everything was smooth, now they have closed there company but they are not returning vehicle back and also they are selling those vehicles illegal without approval from partner, 1 year new fascino was sold for 18k without approval and that money is also not credited back to partner, if partner wants to complaint on police station. Police folks suggested to go to sheshadripuram...

Refund pending since long
I had booked a two wheeler with Drivezy. I was informed the vehicle is unavailable and the service manager cancelled the booking. He said the refund would be credited back within 3-4 days. It's been a week since.

Car not Provided/No Refund received
On Friday 28th Jan 2022 6:30 pm I had a booking for a vehicle done through the app. I tried to confirm booking via chat but no one responded. Their number wasn't working either. So I went to the pick up location and was left stranded there and nobody from the company was available. And neither was the car present there. On inquiring nearby people they mentioned that the guy is never available and most customers experience the same thing.
This is completely unacceptable and most unprofessional. I took the service again because my last 2 trips were good in terms of everything. But no communication from their end has left me very bitter towards the company. I had to somehow manage to get a vehicle from a competitors and had to pay huge amounts for last minute booking.
Also awaiting return of my advance amount of Rs. 906 which I paid during booking.
Now I am getting emails to make balance payment of 5000 multiple times a day. On trying to connect with chat executive nobody responds. Shut this company down please.

I have been waiting for a fuel refund. It's been more than a month now. I'm wanting to know the status of my refund. I completed the trip on 21st July 2022. Please assist. I want the fuel refund in my Bank account which I've already added on the Drivezy app.
In the app, it says it takes 2 working days to refund the amount. Yet, no activity till now.
I already tried to contact them via email twice, but got no response yet. Their chat service is not operational - Nobody is present from their side.

Booked a scooter from Drivezy, they never gave me one and took my money. I did not receive any refund and it's been 3 months since then. They are not even replying to support chat/ emails

Drivezy Scam: Refund not processed
I booked a car for rent using Drivezy for 15 days which costed around Rs13k. The day of the booking, I went to Drivezy Bellandur Hub to collect the car but it was locked. The person responsible (ph. +91 [protected]) called and said that he would reach the place in 10 mins but didn’t show up at all. He even cancelled the booking from his end on the app, and stopped receiving our calls, and I have not received any refund till now.

I booked a brezza and went to collect the car. The drivezy guys told me that car is not serviced and hence our 2 days of trip was ruined by drivezy. The guy told he is initiating refund. I have been waiting for a
month and the refund is nowhere to be found. i even changed the refund mode to wallet, which they claim is faster, but of no use. Please help me.

Vehicle Tenure Completed but Vehicle not Returned
I have invested my vehicle in Drivezy company then named as Justride in Mar 2017.
It was decided that vehicle will be with them for 3 and half years on contract and later will be handed over to me once the Tenure is completed. But I have still not received my vehicle and no one is responding from their end.
Last communication from the company was received in January 2020 stating we will get back to you.
After that in 2022 Jan they requested for 90 days as they were working with investors and said will be resolving issues within 90 days but now again no one is responding and all drivezy locations and office in Mumbai are shut down.
People who are working are also ignoring calls and WhatsApp messages

I booked the vehicle for complete month and 2 days before I checked in the app it was not showing anything in upcoming bookings. Checked in other tabs found my booking in cancelled booking. No mail no conversation no prior communication was given and just cancelled my booking. Now am trying to reach out to customer support mailing there team no response from drivezy.
I recently shifted to Bangalore and with my booking I made my plans and was too much dependent on that but now am helpless. No one from Drivezy team responds at all to any mode of communication.
This is a mental torture, kind of harassing customers with such irresponsible behavior. Now i have made other bookings and paid for them just because of this have lost that money as well. This is not done at all. Running such big company and no one to listen for customer.
I want my money back and a justified reason not that vehicle was not available so cancelled, this is your management issue why should customer pay because of your poor management. If there was no vehicle available you must have not taken the booking itself.
I will file a case against Drivezy if am not getting my money back and justified reason.

I have booked an activa from Drivezy for 30 days which costs me about Rs 2667. But at the day of pickup, in the app, it showed the booking has been cancelled and its been more than a month, they havent credited the refund amount. The customer service is really pathetic . Requesting Drivezy to kindly refund my amount.

I have made a booking on 26 Feb 2022, 9:31 PM to pickup Maruti EON(4 Seater- Petrol), from Koramangala Center, Bangalore.
The amount of Rs.2093/- has been deducted and it was showing booking confirmed in the Drivezy App.
The pickup was planned on 27 Feb 2022, 8:00 AM from Drivezy Koramangala Center. When I reached to the pickup point I saw it was not operational and I checked my booking it was showing as "Cancelled". I did not find anyone to contact and even customer care number was not functional.
In the app it is showing status as "Refund Requested", but its been 15 days so far and I have not received any refund. I tried to reach out on drivezy customer support email "[protected]@drivezy.com", but did not get any response either.

My request is to stop this fraud that Drivezy is doing. If it is not operational then they should stop taking bookings.

I have booked a car during lock down in Apr-2021. There was problem in the BATTERY. So, I have changed it and submitted the bill to them. But from last 8 months, they are saying that the refund will be processed and The amount will be refunded. But even after 8 months, no response or no replies to emails or calls. These people are not at all worried about their customers.

I booked a self-drive car on 25th of feb 2022 (from pune city, Baner area) for date 28th Feb 2022 and on 28th morning they call me and tell that the station is not operational anymore and the car is not available.
And then they cancel the booking by saying that the amount will get credited back to you.
But I haven't received the money yet.
I have tried contacting them through mail and live chat, still nothing.
Please help.

I booked a car for feb 11th to 14th and the money was debited for 8471 but the booking was not completed. I had to re book and again there was a debit of 8471 for a successfull booking.

As part of Drivezy scheme to purchasing old vehicle post Lockdown, i bought an Honda Cliq bearing number : KA51AC3683 on 20th June 2020. I have attached the payment receipt which was paid through UPI to Drivezy. I was told once system comes back to normal and RTO re-opens they will provide me with all the necessary documents for ownership transfer of the vehicle. However due to repeated lockdown this never happened, and i also couldn't concentrate on this myself. I have been trying to reach out to the company but it seems there is no way to reach out to them, i also went to Whitefield HQ office from where i bought the vehicle, but that too is closed. I just need someone to help me with transfer of ownership of the vehicle in my name with the supporting documents at the earliest. Seeking your help.

I'm complaining about refund
This company drivezy is a fraud company they are not responding to my questions . I booked a car rental wagon r on 29/12/2021 and paid in advance ₹1624 . Upon reaching pick up point I was told it is cancelled saying that vehicle is not available . And when asked about refund they said u will get it automatically. Still no signs of any refund . The reason why I'm complaining is because I saw many such reviews on play store similar to mine. Many people are yet to receive refund like me since many days . On the app they show they have initiated refund but nothing yet . I request you to please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I had booked a vehicle 2 days ago the booking was cancelled by the manager today in the morning when my time of pickup was 22/12/2021 at 7.30pm they cancelled it and i got money to the wallet, now i again did a booking and now they're asking for 3000rs deposit other than the 3067 i already paid so i have to pay total 6067 now so i was asked to cancel by the manager and they have now deducted 406rs from me.
I want the complete Refund to my source bank account as nothing is working out first they cancelled without information and now they're asking 3000 security deposit as well that too in cash I wrote 10 mails to drivezy support no response is there as well please refund my 3067rs now otherwise i will have to complaint i am a student and 3067 Rs is a Big ammount for me please give me my money back otherwise I'll have to seek help from Twitter and consumer court.

Token amount paid but didn't receive any response
I wanted to buy 2-wheeler vehicle from drivezy. So I went to drivezy site. I opened buy vehicle option and I selected one bike. After that, token amount 1000 rupees need to be submitted to proceed so I paid 1000 rupees on 15/12/2021 at 2.13pm through phonepe UPI method. After that I didn't get any mail or call for further process. I tried customer care number but it is not reachable. I mailed many time but no response and I msg on customer care chat option but no response from their side.

Refund not received since an year
I had taken a Drivezy ride on 7th December, 2020 and have not received my eligible refund till today (3rd December, 2021). They confirmed that my refund was pending on 2nd September, 2021 and gave assurance but I haven't received the refund yet.
I had to write too many follow up mails to Drivezy with no response. Seems I have been frauded and I am feeling mentally harassed.

Brake Failure worst maintained vehicle

I had booked the vehicle on 11th sep 2021 at 1.02 pm. In app it was showing KA03AF2242 TATA HEXA is booked but due to damaged seat, uncleaned exterior and interior, stepney issue, i refused to take so the location manager/executive gave other vehicle KA03AF2236 TATA HEXA even this vehicle was uncleaned seats and poor indoor maintenance.
After i pick the vehicle i went to fuel station to refill the fuel after fuel refill the ignition failed and vehicle did not start, i called "PRADEEP" (location executive) to check on this, he is said there is some problem in battery connection so that needs an adjustment/repair, i called nearby garage guy to fix the problem.
After driving 10km KM i notice continuous message in the vehicle screen showing "SERVICE NOT COMPLETED 29457KM" IMMEDIATELY i called "PRADEEP" and complaint about this but he said that it is vehicle screen problem and the vehicle has been serviced regularly and vehicle has no problem.
On 12th Sep 2021 at 10.30 PM i was coming back to bangalore in kumbalgodu mysore road high, Suddenly the vehicle brake failed, i somehow managed to stop the vehicle. As I was with my family, my luck escaped without any disasters.
It was around 10.30pm I contacted the location executive for help but he said he cannot send or arrange any vehicle at the moment.
At midnight in highway it was horrible situation with family and kids, i managed to get vehicles and reached reached home by 2.30am
This shows that the vehicle was not maintained and regular checks were not done and after I initially complained that but proper action was not taken, the company or the franchise doesn't bother about the customer safety.

Dear team,
With utmost dissappointment I would like to bring to your notice the complete experience of my latest booking with you. I had booked the car for a trip from Bangalore to Tirupati(240 Kms) and I do have video recording of each and every instance explained below.
On 9th Sept 2021 10:20 pm we reached your fleet at Agara, Koramangla, Bangalore-560066. The fleet manager there first refused to handover the vehicle as the booking started at 10pm, and we were late by 20 minutes. Later after multiple requests, he checked the vehicle's condition and finally handed it over to us. Initially they mentioned that the tyres have less pressure and hence we might feel a bit disbalanced and we can inflate the tyres at the nearest bunk. The nearest bunk was 8kms away. After inflating the tyres we got to know that there was a puncture which again took us 30 mins to fix. Then after covering some distance we could still face a disbalance. We found out that the front right side tyre was completely wornout and it's internal wires could be seen. We immediately replaced the same with the stepeney. But our suffering didn't end there. The stepeney tyre which we had fixed int front-right side, was of larger size as compared to other tyres and was therefore touching the body of the car whenever there was a hump. By this time we were out of the city and stuck somewhere near Kolar. We then interchanged the position of the front right side wheel and back right side wheel, as the backside had more space comparatively. In between all these hussle the car wasn't self starting because the battery connection was also loose, which we again got fixed. In between I had made multiple attempts to reach out to your customer care through call as well as chat, but no response. And since were midway already we preferred continuing the journey with a limited speed of 50-60 km/hr. We somehow reached tirupati 5 hours late than we were supposed to reach at. And it was for sure that with this condition of car we can never make it back to bangalore in time so we had extend our booking period for another 10 hours.
We searched and called multiple mechanics in tirupati, but no one turned up as the shops were closed for Ganesh Chaturthi, else we could have replaced the tyres in the start of our journey only. In between I still to reach out to your customer care, but no respose. I reported accident as well to the customer care with a hope that someone would reach out, but no one reached out to me which is really unethical.
Then while returning again somewhere 20 kms from tirupati, the back left side tyre went flat as it was completely worn out. We had to get it replaced with the stepeney(which was partially worn out from before). Then we started slowly and on our way we kept searching for either puncture shop or a garage for a permanent fix.
Somewhere 20 kms before Chitoor, AP, we got another flat tyre and this time we literally had no one to reach out as it was complete dark and nothing could be found between 10kms from there. We made multiple attempts again to reach out to your customer care, but as usual no one from your team cared. Luckily I realized that we had made a GooglePay payment of 5000/-(Security) to your fleet owner Mr. Pradeep Hiremath, and went back to search his no. in google pay. I called him and he was apologetic but helpless at that point of time. He confirmed that whatever is necessary at that time we should do it and Drivezy will re-imburse it once we provide the bills. As the place was completely dark and scary we reached out to highway patrol @1033 and asked for help. They immediately provided us protection barrier within 30 minutes. However it took them another 2 hours to arrange a tow vehicle. Finally we had to tow the vehicle to Chitoor city. The patroling officer on duty helped with few contacts who could provide us with tyre replacement at that time. Then we purchased 2 second hand tyres, fixed the allignment issue, and covered the remaining distance a bit peacefully.
I'm sure all your vehicles have to undergo maintenance in your fleet manager's supervision, then how could this vehicle be missed? And if at all the condition was known to the fleet manager, why did they handover the vehicle to us in the first place. Feels like a setup or a way to exploit customer. If you look at my previous booking history, you'll know that this has been my "THE WORST EXPERIENCE" with Drivezy.
So I hereby request drivezy to re-imburse for the following instances:
1. Extension cost of 1260/- which could have been avoided if the vehicle was in ok condition.
2. Vehicle tow cost from Ranganpet to Chitoor: 3, 500/-.
3. Wheel allignment: 750/-
4. 2 tyres replaced: 2, 800/-
5. Puncture repair: 100/-
I'm hereby attaching the bills for your reference.
Also please share the cloud link where I can upload the videos taken for each and every instance as the same can't fit in this email.
Note: Your team didn't stop there. I picked up with 10% fuel and dropped with 20% fuel, however your team has mentioned 5% fuel at drop off and charged me extra with a lack of empathy. I'm hereby sharing the pick up and drop off pics taken by me, of the odo & fuel meter.

With utmost dissappointment I would like to bring to your notice the complete experience of my latest booking with you. I had booked the car for a trip from Bangalore to Tirupati(240 Kms) and I do have video recording of each and every instance explained below.
On 9th Sept 2021 10:20 pm we reached your fleet at Agara, Koramangla, Bangalore-560066. The fleet manager there first refused to handover the vehicle as the booking started at 10pm, and we were late by 20 minutes. Later after multiple requests, he checked the vehicle's condition and finally handed it over to us. Initially they mentioned that the tyres have less pressure and hence we might feel a bit disbalanced and we can inflate the tyres at the nearest bunk. The nearest bunk was 8kms away. After inflating the tyres we got to know that there was a puncture which again took us 30 mins to fix. Then after covering some distance we could still face a disbalance. We found out that the front right side tyre was completely wornout and it's internal wires could be seen. We immediately replaced the same with the stepeney. But our suffering didn't end there. The stepeney tyre which we had fixed int front-right side, was of larger size as compared to other tyres and was therefore touching the body of the car whenever there was a hump. By this time we were out of the city and stuck somewhere near Kolar. We then interchanged the position of the front right side wheel and back right side wheel, as the backside had more space comparatively. In between all these hussle the car wasn't self starting because the battery connection was also loose, which we again got fixed. In between I had made multiple attempts to reach out to your customer care through call as well as chat, but no response. And since were midway already we preferred continuing the journey with a limited speed of 50-60 km/hr. We somehow reached tirupati 5 hours late than we were supposed to reach at. And it was for sure that with this condition of car we can never make it back to bangalore in time so we had extend our booking period for another 10 hours.
We searched and called multiple mechanics in tirupati, but no one turned up as the shops were closed for Ganesh Chaturthi, else we could have replaced the tyres in the start of our journey only. In between I still to reach out to your customer care, but no respose. I reported accident as well to the customer care with a hope that someone would reach out, but no one reached out to me which is really unethical.
Then while returning again somewhere 20 kms from tirupati, the back left side tyre went flat as it was completely worn out. We had to get it replaced with the stepeney(which was partially worn out from before). Then we started slowly and on our way we kept searching for either puncture shop or a garage for a permanent fix.
Somewhere 20 kms before Chitoor, AP, we got another flat tyre and this time we literally had no one to reach out as it was complete dark and nothing could be found between 10kms from there. We made multiple attempts again to reach out to your customer care, but as usual no one from your team cared. Luckily I realized that we had made a GooglePay payment of 5000/-(Security) to your fleet owner Mr. Pradeep Hiremath, and went back to search his no. in google pay. I called him and he was apologetic but helpless at that point of time. He confirmed that whatever is necessary at that time we should do it and Drivezy will re-imburse it once we provide the bills. As the place was completely dark and scary we reached out to highway patrol @1033 and asked for help. They immediately provided us protection barrier within 30 minutes. However it took them another 2 hours to arrange a tow vehicle. Finally we had to tow the vehicle to Chitoor city. The patroling officer on duty helped with few contacts who could provide us with tyre replacement at that time. Then we purchased 2 second hand tyres, fixed the allignment issue, and covered the remaining distance a bit peacefully.
I'm sure all your vehicles have to undergo maintenance in your fleet manager's supervision, then how could this vehicle be missed? And if at all the condition was known to the fleet manager, why did they handover the vehicle to us in the first place. Feels like a setup or a way to exploit customer.
