During the rental period 24 -26 November 2020, the car unfortunately broke down midway, and in order to continue my journey, I had to arrange and pay for the necessary repairs out of my own pocket. I promptly reported the incident to Drivezy, and I was informed that I would be reimbursed for the expenses incurred during the repair process. My refund amount total Rs.4500.
Regrettably, despite the considerable amount of time that has passed since then, I have yet to receive any reimbursement from Drivezy for the repair costs. I have been patient and understanding, but it has now been an extended period, and I believe it is only fair that I receive the promised reimbursement for the expenses I covered to make the necessary repairs.
