How many times, i need to pay you due to server issues.
Should i stop using your services.
I have extended vehicle from 11 pm to 11 pm, due to app glitches it happened for only 12 hours.
I called customer care, and he told me that extension has been updated till 11 pm, drivezy application and drivezy messages also shows same information, no mismatch.
I returned vehicle in evening around 6:30 pm and paid for distance charges only.
I have been using for more than 2 years and have wallet balance of rs 7k, but of no use.
I cannot pay anymore to drivezy, m fed up.
