I booked a Drivezy vehicle with PNR [protected] on[protected]. My ride timings were 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. I have returned my bike before the end time i.e., 7:00 pm. But I got a message that my booking was extended and it showed my booking was active till 9:25 pm and after that, I was fined overtime charges of 56 rupees.
