Drivezy — refund credited in drivezy wallet

I had booked a car for 22nd February. I was told on the evening of 21st February that car is broken down and my booking has been cancelled. I got the refund in drivezy wallet which is not transferable to any other account. When I contacted customer care, they told me that the refund has been initiated and will be transferred back to initial source of payment within 7 working days. Every time I contacted customer care, I was told that I will get my refund within 7 working days. When I called the customer care again to enquire about status, they are saying that the wallet balance is not transferable and I have to use it to book car from drivezy.
Really unprofessional behavior and doesn't care for customers. They will just keep playing with you and calling customer care is like mental harassment. They will just keep telling that the issue is forwarded to technical team and you will get a callback bla bla bla.
Really pathetic service.
