On march 28 i received a call from quikr website to work for online form filling. They said that you have to fill 1200 form with 90%accuracy then you will receive 30000 as remuneration i agree with them. But after registering two days i have found that they are fraud and they tell me that if you don't complete the forms then you will have 6700 to pay rs so i will fill all the forms. After one week their legal advisor so-called ashok malhotra called me that they receive a complaint file against me and i have to pay 6700 rs as registration fee and 2500 (Legal charge). On 7 june their advisor threaten me to say that you will have to present in gujrat high court for the breaching of agreement and then after 8 june they said that you will have to pay only 5000 thousand for the cancellation process. I have said that i will present in court and then i will decide what i have to do. Now again on 13 june their legal advocate so-called sanjay patel of delhi arbitrary court contact no: [protected] email me about the complaint and give me time of 2 days i. Updated by princamit Since they first said that after one week if you want to cancel the job then no amount I have to give them so at present I have not paid them . And also during their third call they said you have to verify ur email id after verifying my account will be activated but after verifying they send me agreement copy when I saw this I want to contact them but they not received after two days their officer called me and said that if I want to cancel the agreement then I have to pay 6700 rs but during the first call they said that after eight days I will cancel my job without any penalty.so their confusing behaviour puzzled me and then I think that after completing all the forms I will cancel the job which I have done also Now I don't want to pay any rs please show me guide to solve this problem and punish such frauds who wants to earns money by doing such frauds.
