Drobekart — Seller refuses to talk on call to offer customer service and has delivered an ill fitting dress that took over 1 month to deliver.

I had placed an order for a satin gown to Drobekart on whatsapp on 7th August 2021 with affirmation from Ms. Tanvi Shah ( owner ) with advance payment of ₹4000
At first, she refused to clear my doubts regarding material selection for the piece by not replying to my messages.
I received the piece on 1st September and upon trial I realised that the dress was completely ill fitting inspite of all measurements given.
To clear the same problems, I called her 6 times but she clearly refused to talk to me over call and told me to express my grievances only through whatsapp ( which caused the problem of communicating in the first place)

I paid ₹4000 in advance which is a very high amount and received a bad quality product for which Ms. Tanvi Shah refuses to talk to me or let me personally come over so that her tailor could take my measurements as I have very less time left to wear that dress for the occasion I am attending.

I came across more complaints against her and upon research I realised that her instagram account has fake followers to make her look genuine and easily scam people and take their money.

I am shocked and annoyed by how she fools people into taking their money and not even accepting to cater to their complaints let alone process a refund for the horrible product.

I request you to help me get my money back and damages costs and shall return her the dress to her shipping address.
