I have ordered the product from flipkart made online payment using debit card and than cancelled the order Flipkart initiated the refund they told me that they have refunded the amount to bank and bank will credit it in the account through 16 nov, 2020 but still bank has not credited the money...

I placed an order with Droppedpin.net on 2nd July 2014. Order ref # VWOUQNBVW. Since then there has been no update. I have sent 3 emails to them but all I got is an auto-response that I will get a response in 48 hours but i did not get any response.
