I had paid a booking amount of 45k on Oct 15th, which I asked the Project Manager Mr. Vinodh not to process for booking as I wanted to get some property related details. The very next day I dropped the plan of buying the property as it was not meeting my required criteria. But the project manager had already booked the flat and now the money is not getting refunded despite numerous mails, calls and messages. The project manager who was very active in getting the booking amount stopped taking calls when it came to refund and the finance team keeps giving excuses instead of atleast mentioning when I will get the money back.
