I have brought a flat in DS MAX Smartnest in 2018, with lot of delay in handovers. Since day one there is problem in the flat. 1st week of moving, the bathroom sink was fallen, then too many cracks and the beam in Kitchen has fallen, Seepage, doors too many. They never respond to the queries nor attend to solve the issue on Kitchen beam and crack. I had sent mails, called by still there was no response. then i decided to file a RERA compliant in 2021 and there RERA only respondent to us in 2022 and then i hired a lawyer to flight on my case, after so many hearings from RERA, RERA decided for the Spot Inspection in March 2023. RERA took almost 3months to response on my case and the case was in favour of Builder, the RERA issue the notice to rectify the issues in 60days, but the builder didn't turned out to issue the same. I feel you need to have money and power to get justice in the court.
This home was a dream to me, but sometimes i feel very bad, why did i choose this DS MAX Brand, they are the worst builder in industry .
Everyday I'm struggling with this quality issue and one or the other issues in the building. There is no justice in court also., i need justice to rectify from issues asap.
