Hello Sir/Ma'am, My name is swapnil pandilwar and I m from Nashik (Maharashtra) . I have gone through DS Solutions job opening for aviation sector on shine.com job portal and thus applied for same & had all my telephonic communication regards to with jasmeet & Raman since nov 2015, so during this job process approach jasmeet has asked me for below specified amount in specified account at certain time intervals stating that it's the part of their recruitment process & will be refund by means of salary ones the applicant starts working with xyz company (well my job application was forwarded for jet airways as confirmed by jasmeet and after couple of months she again confirmed that now it's forwarded for indigo from feb 2016 since jet airways has stopped their hiring ) . Every time the DS Solution guys (jasmeet & Raman) keeps on changing their sechdule for interview & keeps on harassing by not answering the calls, not following their commitments, not replying to mails & was still going on same till day. so its been allmost more than year that i keept on tolerating this guys & having patiencs so i just asked jasmeet to withdrawn/cancelled my job application & had sent them a mail for same on 20 dec 2016 & till day the DS solutions guys has not replied to my job cancellation mail sent to them nor answering my calls. So by the means of consumer complaints i kindly request you to help me to sort out this mess & to get my refund on priority. Was this information helpful? | |
Apr 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved how come you gives make a fake updates that my complaint is resolved ? still i have not received my amount back instead i have been looted again by one of the fraudster who said that he is consumer court layer who handles such fraud cases on consumer forum behalf & asked me to pay RS 2900 as his fees to refund my 73k .

This evidence is enough for refunding your amount you have to pay court fee- 340 + notice charge 250 after we receive cheque from D.S. Solutions so today your notice dispatch to company from our side day after tomorrow we will receive cheque the amount of 70, 936/- from D.S. Solutions after that we will send you soft copy of cheque than you have to pay 3% of your total amount and courier charge 120 rupees.when you pay the fee we dispatch your cheque and also provide the docket no. of DTDC courier.

on blanck paper you have to write your Name, Father Name, Address, and total amount you paid to DS SOLUTION
your amount will refund by CHEQUE behalf of CONSUMER COURT
