Hi, I booked an bike pulsar 200 ns in kln showroom which is located in muggapair on novembee 2020 and after that agin there was a lockdown and after lockdown while checking the showroom the showroom was closed and called the branch manager he said he ressigned his job and there was no proper response I tired number of times and there is no response so get me some tip to get back my refund

      Hai, i have given service for my bajaj pulsar in chennai - anna nagar showroom. I have asked to check the power back up for battery which was not completed. I was asked to pay 1445. When i was providing my card for paying the bill of rs.1445 they told me i had to pay 2.5% as service charges.
      I told i can pay the service charge but my bill should include the amount, they are saying that it will not be included in my bill.
      I need to know did bajaj has authorized his service centres to collect the 2.5% service charges for card payments.

        Bajaj avenger had been my dream bike and it was a shocking but pleasant surprise when my wife gifted me this bike on my birthday.

        But unfortunately very soon i realized what a tragic mistake we made in choosing this bike. The service centre kln bajaj is one of the worst service agencies and my repeated visits to the service centre has only resulted in frustration.. Even today after i had given my bike for service and being charged almost rs. 5000/- am stranded in the middle of the road. The bike is refusing to start. I am writing this mail and message out of frustration and would like to advise future buyers to take this in consideration. Now i have to wait for the service centre to be opened before i can go to work. Trust me this is happening since i bought this bike.

        Hope someone at bajaj or kln reads this message and takes necessary action because i am sure there are many sufferers as me

          My loan no. L2ache07783471. 1st due date 06.11.2019 still i didn't get the bike from kln no. 7, mth road,, opp: stedford hospital, ambattur, chennai, chennai, ambattur, tamil nadu - 600053. Dealer name is siva -[protected]. He is committed to delivery my bike 24th oct.2019. Very irresponsible people working in kln bajaj. Today late to registration in rto office from kln. 3 days govt holiday. My happiness is gone in this festival time.in case i'm not pay the due amount to bajaj will charge penalty then what the punishment to you. I'm not suppose to suggest kln to anybody. Today dealer calling and say bike damage on fuel tank. Again 3 days to go to replacement. Do the needful.

          The most worst service centre to spoil to the name of Bajaj. Not even single complaint was attended . simply returned after doing water wash only with charges of Rs.1030 for that two taken 3 days.

            I test drove the Duke 390 in Anna Nagar KTM showroom (KLN motors) a month back and from that time I was been tortured by the back office women inspite of explaining clearly that I am waiting for some loan arrangements. Like wise today I received a call from [protected] and woman named JAMUNA at 5:28pm and she hung up the call without even a reply soon as I said that I am looking for the loan. I felt it so disrespectful and I called the number back and another gentle woman named SIVARANJANI picked the call and I told her what happened and asked if they don't know how to treat customers and the way she spoke made me feel that the previous person JAMUNA was better. I googled and called [protected] and spoke with a person called Santhanam. I told him what happened and requested to either ask the branch manager to call me or get me his number so that I can call. He said I'll receive the call from the manager IYYAPPA in sometime which I haven't till now. I don't deserve such a cheap unprofessional call. The person has to be suspended for treating customers as her servants. She should never speak with any customer in such a way.

              They don't have trained technicians. They don't know much about bikes. All they know and all they are keen about is money. They are so cheap that they charge you for labour on your free service too. Never visit this center. If possible please shut this center down. They spoilt my dominar. They used pulsars clutch lever on my bike. They showcase as if they're organized. But that's 100% #. They take only 4 dominars for a day, but all they just do is water wash and spend the rest of time is making bill with irrelevant parameters. They charge you for outsourcing a job where the job was nothing other than changing the handle bar. They do the chain lubrication and coolant oil topup only when i go to get the delivery. How can i trust them wether they've changed my engine oil or not? Totally not trustworthy. Never go here

                I have given my bike pulsar as200 for service on 29th may 2018, at that time i had a complaint that the coolant was leaking from the bike, i have attached photos of that along with this, today, 01/06/2018, i got a call from the service center that the bike was ready, when i went there only half of the work was done, the chain was not cleaned, told them to apply teflon coating, it was not done but rs.289 for the teflon coating was included in the bill given at the service center, i asked them about the coolant leakage, and their reply was, "the coolant was full so it leaked" such a lethargic answer, for a serious problem, and he was cussing at me behind my back, and this was not the first time events like these are happening, it happened every single time i give my bike for service, i just want to know what is the problem, instead of that they're telling me to replace everything, i request you to take this matter very seriously, i genuinely lost all hope in bajaj, please educate the service center people how to behave to customers, we are paying such a premium money for these machines, yet we are treated like this, i request that some action needed to be taken and i need a reply, if anything else like this happen again or i don't get a reply, i will have to take legal action against the service center people,

                  I've purchased a tata tiago from kln motors, ekat thangal and as i'm a believer of auspicious time requested to deliver it on 21st after all necessary works. They agreed also. But when i reached at 1000 hhrs came to know that the car is in transit from the yard nd to my surprise, i've see they were cleaning the exterior and doing vaccine of the interior at around 1025 hrs. I had to take delivery without cleaning without registration nd the fuel they filled around 1050 hrs. I never compromise on service and promises. I'm also working in an organisation where service and punctuality are very much important. I fear how the service will be after this. They have assured me the delivery after registration. That also dint do and told me to keep vehicle today back to their yard for other work. Highy dissatisfied with the services.

                    My customer id 13163852. I booked and full payment rs.48664+rto 450 paid on 21.11.17 for bajaj ct100 alloy es. Dealer person tolled bike delivery with registration in 26.11.17 but bike delivery in 29.11.17. But that person not issued in registration no., insurance paper, tool kit, service book, etc.. He tolled person registration no. And other relevant doc. Issuing time after 10 days that means 9.12.17. Iam really socked and very upset. Iam follow in last 10 days but bike only delivery in 29.11.17. Please solve this issue. Booking branch: ambattur vavin branch. Branch mob no.[protected].

                        I have been a very happy customer of kln motors (Ambattur), but not anymore. I own chev beat - tn 20 bk[protected] model), since day one i have been reaching out to kln motors (Ambattur) for all my car related minor/major issues, i have been a completely satisfied customer till the end of 2015, but my last 2 appointments with kln (Ambattur) has put a question on my mind, "should i continue with kln?".

                        Today was one among the worst experiences, i had to check the mileage of my car so i fixed an appointment, before i started from my home, i called the kln office and re-confirmed about the appointment as well as the availability of the technicians. After travelling around 8km, the moment i reached kln and gave my appointment details, the only response i got was, "sorry sir we don't have our technicians available today". I really don't understand how such a huge communication gap exits within the kln office. The complete concept of appointments doesn't make any kind of sense at kln. Same way, couple of months back i had an appointment for issues related with ac and wheel braking system. Once i got the car delivered back, i realised that the technicians missed out to check the wheel braking system and i had to again go back to kln to get it done, same way the ac was working absolutely fine a week and again the same issue reverted back. Kln being a service provider not only just act as a service provider but at many a time they do act as a trouble provider.

                        I'm very sure that if no action is taken, kln gonna loose many of its most valuable customers in the upcoming days.

                        I booked a bike on April 1st . The total amount of the product paid in 13/6/17.
                        Still didn't delivered, they are saying reasons .
                        No proper web communication for them, top level manager are behaving aash.
                        They charged 2500 extra from the date of booking .
                        37000 thousand I will pay in service but no complaint solved

                          Kln motors provide free pick up and drop for lady customers...The driver who came to drop put petrol instead of diesel in my Diesel car...The service guy told me that there was no fuel in my car and said the driver will fill diesel for Rs500...The driver who came gave a bill of Rs.500 for petrol and got money from me... I ve attached photos of bills for proof...He has used my car for 62 kms while the distance from the service centre to home is just 28kms

                            I regularly service my Bajaj platina bike with KLN motors - bajaj which is at Ambattur, Chennai. Lastt time i service my bike in Oct 2015. The service was really good. No Doubt abt it. I trust this service center because its authorized by Bajaj

                            But, by Mar 2016 i received a message as a reminder to service my bike. This indeed a good process.

                            Then the actual problem started, i received a call from KLN customer service the very next day i received the msg. The customer rep called me asking me when i will service my bike again. I told like i did not used my bike much and it would take another 2 months. The call ended.

                            The rep called me again (second time). I immediately told her to remove my name from their follow-up list. The lady refused and argued with me stating all the customers asking them to give such reminder calls. I explained her that i am a customer who dislikes such calls and i also added my number in DND list. But the lady continued the arguement and refused to understand my concern. I had to shout at her to cut the call.

                            The lady called me back and this time She threatened me more since i cut the previous call. I explained her again my point. Then she said, it is as per the KLN Bajaj's policy they would call and follow-up through phone calls and would not remove my name from their list.

                              HI am Jeevan ...I bought pulsar 220
                              Bike with bajij KLN motars in ambattur show room am facting handling problem in my Bike on day one onwards.unfortunately I unable to complaint this issue because of my personal work after 20days I went showroom and complaint this handling issues but they will not respond properly casually said I will call you sir...! But still I did't receive any calls I try to call they not pick its very poor customers services I suffered very irritation...

                              Beat Diesel Car was given for Repair of AC .At the time of delivery it was informed that RC was misplaced.Wasted 4 Hrs but no resolution even by Mr Mani & Director Reaching Police Station for FIR who resolved the issue .

                              Wasted 4 Hrs at Service station and mental harassment.

                                Dear Bajaj,

                                I had worst service experience with KLN Bajaj - Anna nagar Chennai.

                                I would like to know what is your commitment on standard of service which your offering to customer through your authorized service centers.

                                What is the paid service tariff for Discove 135cc, in that what are all the activities your covering.

                                With mentioned lot of issues I given my vehicle for service yesterday (08/03/16) morning, they committed today (09/03/16)evening for delivery. They took vehicle for servicing by 4.30pm on (09/03/2016)and made it ready by 6.00 pm without rectifying any issues.

                                I feel shame to getting this kind of service from Bajaj authorized service centers.

                                Hope you will take necessary action on this, I am expecting your feedback for the same at earliest.

                                  I have purchased Chevrolet Sail HatchBack on 14th Jan 2016. The car that contains Rusted interior parts, even seat bolds got highly rusted. After that I decided to look everywhere and found most of the car bolts and nuts are already rusted and few started rusting(Corrosion). For my surprise when i looked near the engine, almost all the bottom parts of the engine got soil sediments. All flat surface near the engine got soil layer of soil sediments. Looks like car is being in flood water for months.

                                  When I called the Dealer, he is so lethargic saying bring in the car to the dealer center then we can talk and just cut the call, which is highly hurting when they called me 10 times a day to know when they will full money for car and even wished to travel 40 kms to get the money. Feeling so worried as I dont see any proper channel to fix this kind of cheating from the dealers

                                    I had given my chevy beat lt petrol for service on 27.11.2015 in KLN service centre located at Nolambur. They had broken my right side back door lock while in the service centre. When I gone to take back on 28.11.2015. They told that it is damaged and u have to pay for replacement. This how they are cheating the customers. The person is gautam.

                                      Its been quite a while I am doing service with KLN Bajaj service center, anna nagar since 2011 Jan for my 150 cc pulsar. I never get satisfied with the kind of service they provided till date. Since I had no option as I reviewed and heard that all Bajaj service centers are worst doing. So, thought of not changing my plan of giving my bike to some other service center. Certainly, i was punished today with my thought and confident. I went to anna nagar service center for regular paid service and standing there for more than 30 mins for some one to attend my bike for servicing. Nobody did come and attended. So, want to speak to the manager and later I heard manager was there with me only for some time from when i was standing for someone to address my bike. He was so reluctant on his behaviour and not even asked me what I want. Thought it is waste my time as they were not showing interest in anything. Its advisable all think twice before you go to KLN anna nagar. Believe me it is my first complaint on this service center. Also, I hope this is not the first complain on KLN.
