DTC Bus Services — No support was provided by bus Marshall/conductor while travelling

Today I was travelling in DTC bus route DL1PC9383 at 10:20, and I asked for ladies seat which was consumed by a young boy who started misbehaving when I asked for the seat . When I asked to the bus conductor and Marshall to help me in getting the seat then they said that ladies reserved seat is valid only till 3 stops from the source . If government is giving seat reservation and help in the form of Marshall and conductor then why it can not be used for the same .
The same incident took place after some time with a senior citizen.
Strict actions should be taken against this .
