DTC — Dtc bus DL1PD5574 time 10:47at Kanhaiya nagar

I alongwith a child 9 years old took the bus on 06/05/23 at 10:47 from Kanhaiyanagar. I have all route pass so I asked child ticket up to kohat metro.
He asked to pay Rs10 but when I told him that child ticket should be Rs 8/-. He laughed at me and issued ticket up to Rohini sect 7.
He said to to padha likha hoga . Dekh le.
When I said why you did not issue ticket up to pitampura.
He insulted me and said in this bus Rs8/- ticket nahi milegi for child
