DTDC — Company is unable to provide proof of delivery | |||||
Company is unable to provide proof of delivery. Courier was sent 2 months back.i have been following up with them for more than 1 month now. But no response from the company. The consignee is saying that they have not received the courier. I am so helpless i do not know what to do. Case no. #03595621 is my complaint id. Even though the website is showing that the item has been delivered but it has not. That is why they are unable to provide the proof of delivery. Probably they have given it to a wrong person. I do not know which authority to escalate the matter to but proper action should be taken against them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
