N our case the shipment weight is exactly different for the weight of one saree missing. The booking weight is 2.25 kg. and the same at the end point was only about 1.5 kg.

Also per the booking office, the tape they applied was tampered with and a transparent tape applied which was never used by the booking office. This is confirmed by mr.Sekar of the booking office and same has been communicated several times with the regional managers.

Again the end delivery office had no reason to hold the package overnight in their office. The parties were present in their residence and was available. They never received any intimation from the entrance security about the delivery at any time. Without this intimation, the delivery office sent out message as party not available. Neither they attempted to call the receiver's cell phone which was indicated in the address field in bold to notify for any delay or non availability.

As a sender i had to track down various centers in bangalore and finally found the delivery office phone no. When i contacted, a lady picked up the phone and as soon as i mentioned that the package for Binnypete area is not delivered inspite of the party at residence, she abruptly hung phone asking me to send message. I had to send multiple messages and called again to enquire about the package and finally she said package was with her and it will be delivered in a rude manner. The same response was provided to the reciever when tried to contact this person when i provided the phone no. She was rude and abruptly cutting our phone,

Not sure is this the customer service a reputed courier company provides. NO attempt of delivery at the prompt timewhen the package was booked as premium, NO intimation of who to reach when package not delivered. No calls to the receiver or sender when not delivered, When customer reach out with their own effort of tracking a rude response.

At this point I would like to know the investigation process that was made in the bangalore office and the outcome of the investigation done with the shipment and delivery office in Bangalore.

I am currently residing in Kochi, Kerala and there was a parcel booked from my hometown West Bengal on 10th July 2023. Tracking ID "F31195017". Upon not receiving any intimation or call from the courier service I tried tracking my package and came to know the same has been returned to origin.

Upon enquiring why the same was returned without any delivery attempt there was no explanation or answers provided. The delivery address provided is correct to the point and we have received previous DTDC orders also using the same address. Now and again it has been told from the initiating Branch in Baharampur that this is not local and we are not aware of why this is returned back to us. Is this the way a courier service company act??Tried contacting your call centre at [protected] multiple times during this period but at all times after asking to hold for 10-15 minutes to connect with executives the call automatically gets disconnected. If there is no support system available why are you even sharing keeping these numbers and scamming people of their valuable time?

Its been almost one month and I have been mailing them since Week 1 and there still has been no single response or proper communication.

Would request atleast to acknowledge the reason and either re-send the package without any additional cost or refund back the amount made for the delivery in first place. Lodging a complaint here after DTDC has turned on a deaf ear and is not providing any response.

निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि, मुरादाबाद (उत्तर प्रदेश) में M/s Chhaya agency (Dushyant Kumar) के नाम से एक DTDC channel partner का booking counter चल रहा है जिसका पता RAMGANGA VIHAR PHASE 2, MDA COLONY, MORADABAD, UTTAR PRADESH - 244001 दर्ज है।

परन्तु यह व्यक्ति अपने बुकिंग स्थान के साथ साथ किसी और स्थान पर किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के साथ अनाधिकृत व्यवहार के ज़रिये पिछले 2 वर्षों से निरन्तर अनाधिकृत रूप से बुकिंग करवा रहा है।
जिसका पता है - विवेक कुमार जैन, जैन गिफ्ट हाउस, ए एल 10/2, सुगन्ध स्वीट के बराबर में, कांठ रोड, मुरादाबाद।

यह दोनों व्यक्ति DTDC के नियम एवम् शर्तों का निरन्तर उल्लंघन करते आ रहे हैं।
जिसकी नियमावली में साफ़ तौर पर लिखा होता है कि अगर कोई चैनल पार्टनर ऐसी किसी कृत्य में पकड़ा जाये तो उस पर ₹25000 का दंड किया जाता है

आशा करता हूँ कि आप इन दोनों व्यक्तियों के ख़िलाफ़ ठोस कदम उठाने का कष्ट करेंगे और DTDC के नियमों के अनुसार दोषियों को दण्डित भी करेंगे।

My order was supposed to come by 2nd August but DTDC services sent me a message that my address was wrong even though it was completely right and other online parcels are asking delivered at the same address. They have still not contacted me even after several trys .

Ref No 95587166.We have received a damaged and unsealed parcel on date 04.08.2023 which had Thermal Paper Rolls for Adarsh Service Station Petrol Pump of IOCL company at Raipur Rani Distt Panchkula .On the package a quantity of 15 rolls were mentioned but we have received only 10 rolls and 5 rolls were missing.Also we asked the courier boy to write down that he’s delivering an opened parcel with missing items but he denied to do that and ran away.His name is Beant Sharma from Ram Mandir, Paryaganj Ambala branch .This was the 3rd-4th time that we’re receiving the parcel with missing item.
We request you deliver the missing rolls at the earliest .Kindly take a strict action against them and make sure that it will not be repeat again otherwise we’ll raise the complaint to the consumer court and also note that we have raised a written complaint against you to the higher authority of IOCL already.

I had sent a courier from Bhuvaneshwar to Hyderabad using DTDC with tracking number D70016165. Since Jul 17th there has not been any movement. Their customer service keeps saying they do not know where the package is and some backend team will call and update. But nobody calls. They have about 9000 unresolved tickets on this site. How do they still have a licence to operate? I strongly suspect they are stealing packages to sell online.

This is to inform you that I have send a document on dated 1st Aug '2023 from MALDA to BOLPUR(WEST BENGAL) by DTDC Courier Docket No:-K62439904 .On 3rd Aug ' 2023, The above said courier showing SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED at 1940HRS by DTDC BOLPUR BRANCH. But till now consignee has not received the same.

I like to ask you how the above thing is happened?, without delivering in customer hand DTDC Courier showing delivered?, how is it possible without showing any name in POD Copy or Receiver's signature?Infact TIME 1940HRS(SEVEN FORTY PM)is also mentioned without delivering it, how?please clarify...

As I know DTDC is a trusted brand in all over india but due to DTDC BOLPUR frenchisee who used to Defame DTDC Reputation in WEST BENGAL by showing DELIVERD at 1940HRS the courier by manipulating in system without delivering to the concerned person.

This is not happened First time, it is happening since last 3 months, i am fed up with the above said DTDC BOLPUR frenchisee, he does not want to listen anything else, after that I have written the above said matter.

Kindly take immediate action against him otherwise Customer will prefer some other courier who are also providing good service, why should they depend on the MANIPULATOR like your DTDC BOLPUR BRANCH FRENCHISEE .

Everyday morning I receive message like item is out for delivery, but by evening I receive message like item couldn't be delivered due to restricted entry - it is happening from last few days, very pathetic service

My dtdc consignment no - D61581673 from last 2 day every morning they put an update that parcel is out for delivery, and at night approx 8 pm they put update could not attempt (Dir). Plz help me. It is urgent to deliver that parcel on the given address as soon as possible... As i don't get any customer service number for call and to ask about my parcel. Customer support through email is damn poor

My tracking no. Z28335661. On portal it is showing out for delivery but after sometime it is showing ( could not attempt) Not Delivered....

I have placed order in Paytm ONDC and order shipped via DTDC delivery but DTDC updated status as delivered but I didn't received item

This parcel of about 3 to 4 Kg was booked at Bangalore on 9/11/23 and till it was in Bangalore only till 12/11 and later on they themselves rebooked this on 21/11/23 for reasons best known to themselves and then the movement of the parcel from Bangalore started. Tracking showed it as at Panaji, Goa branch - FDM prepared on 24/11 and even to this moment the status is same and the item has NOT BEEN DELIVERED AT ALL. With great difficulty found out that it has moved to Mapusa, because the address has been read wrongly by DTDC guys and lying there. The person whom I contacted did read out the correct address from the website. Such being the case why did it move to other branch although delivery branch is Panaji only. Porvorim, where it needs to be delivered is only about 5 Km from Panaji branch office and even after 3 days not got the parcel . Customer complaints and tickets were raised umpteen number of times and there was NO response or feedback. Frustrated with such customer support and services. YET TO GET THE ITEM EVEN AFTER 18 DAYS OF BOOKING.

The situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I'm yet the receive the package.
the package has been place from Banglore on 19th July 2023 but today is 24th july 2023. I'm yet to receive the package.
As of now the delivery status is showing is Not Delivered(RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR)).
One of the most concerning aspects of this situation is that I do not have the delivery agent's contact information, which makes it impossible for me to get in touch with him to get an update on the delivery status. This lack of communication has left me feeling helpless and uncertain about when I can expect to receive my package.

Your immediate attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

I had recieved a parcel that contained important official documents from my college in a damaged condition. The envelope containing the documents was in a horrible condition and the doccuments in it were also torn.

I paid 400₹ for this one book which came damaged, it’s was a brand new book and it’s sides are ripped, it’s nonsense, why I have to pay this much for this type of quality
