Dear DTDC Customer Support Team,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a parcel I sent through DTDC, which contained important medical documents and has not been delivered to date. The consignment number is Z60408816, and it was booked on 22nd April 2025 from the following DTDC outlet:

Sapphire Mall, Sector 49, Internal Walkway, Opposite Orchid Petals, Gurugram – 122018

Since the date of sending, the parcel has not reached its destination, and no meaningful status update is available. Worse still, the shopkeeper/franchisee from this branch has become completely unresponsive, refused to take responsibility, and has now blocked my number to avoid communication. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering the sensitive nature of the contents.

The parcel contained critical medical documents, and the delay or potential loss is causing serious concern and inconvenience.

I request DTDC’s urgent attention and action on the following points:
1. Immediate investigation into the status and location of Consignment No. Z60408816.
2. Prompt delivery of the parcel to the intended recipient.
3. Disciplinary action against the franchisee at the Sapphire Mall, Sector 49 location for negligence and misconduct.
4. Appropriate compensation or refund for the undelivered parcel and emotional distress caused.
5. A written update from DTDC regarding the investigation and resolution timeline.

    I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding parcel tracking number 7X[protected] . Although the status shows the parcel was delivered on 12th March, this is a fake delivery, as there is no Proof of Delivery (POD) or Delivery Run Sheet (DRS) available to support the claim.

    Despite multiple follow-ups via phone with the concerned branch, I have received no response. As the sender of this parcel, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability. The origin branch agent has simply stated they are "helpless" and that no refund can be provided, which is unacceptable.

    I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a full refund for the undelivered parcel. Please treat this issue as urgent and provide a resolution at the earliest.

      After so many calls and mails no one is even bothered to reply back and share some update. Now calls are also disconnected from the support team. They are updating the status again and again over the tracking portal and making fool.
      I think this is the habit of Dtdc now.
      Need strict action on this
      Or they should close the company and do not make the people fool.

        This regarding DTDC consignment no Z54087393, It has to be delivered at my address but it has been delivered to wrong address as per tracking details updated on DTDC portal. I lodged complain but they shows that it has been delivered. while signature and mobile mentioned on receipt presented by DTDC is not matching with any of our family member. I want to know delivery boy to come at the address location and verify to whom and where he has delivered.
        Please help in this regard.

          I am writing to file a formal complaint against DTDC, a courier service provider, regarding the loss of my shipment, which contained essential CA Final books. These books are crucial for my upcoming exams, and I am facing significant distress due to the unprofessional handling of my shipment by DTDC.

          Details of the Incident:

          Shipment Tracking Number: D[protected]
          Date of Shipment: 3rd March
          Consignment Contents: CA Final Books
          Destination: Himayatnagar, Hyderabad
          The shipment was sent through DTDC to the above-mentioned destination. However, after multiple days of waiting, I was informed that my package was lost. This has caused me great inconvenience, especially considering the importance of the CA Final books for my exams, which are approaching rapidly.

          I have raised several complaints with DTDC's customer support team, providing all necessary details and evidence regarding the shipment. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I have not received any adequate response or resolution. The customer support team has been unresponsive, and I am yet to receive any update regarding the status of my lost shipment.

          This delay and lack of communication are extremely frustrating, as I am now left without the necessary study material and have been severely impacted by this situation. As a result, I request the following actions from DTDC:

          Compensation for the loss of the shipment, including the value of the lost books and any associated costs.
          Immediate investigation into the matter and a thorough explanation of how such a loss occurred.
          A formal apology from DTDC for the inconvenience caused.
          I believe that as a customer, I am entitled to a prompt resolution and compensation for the significant loss I have incurred. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and hope that necessary action will be taken to resolve my complaint at the earliest.

            This is wrt consignment number: 7D[protected]. The tracking status on this delivery is showing as "Out for Delivery" from around 11 AM on 22nd January. The product was not delivered till 7 PM on 22nd January and to know the status I called up customer care.

            Customer care became rude when asked about delivery status and promptly respond that it will be delivered by 7:30 PM.
            Shame on these kinds of policies and practices and customer service.

            As usual as a general practice DTDC have marked as delivery Attempted but Undelivered. How logistics are exploiting your policy please understand.

              Hi Team,

              I have a package with tracking number H82281081 with DTDC, it reached my nearest hub on JAN 2nd and not yet delivered to me, I have sent email to thier customer support and called customer care, they investigated and responded today saying that package is missing in the transit, They have also asked me to provide the content inside package and proof of payment and I provided, there were 3 sarees in the package and package is of worth 2800, when I asked them to refund the amout from DTDC, thier cutomer support response is very rude, they are saying u have not paid money to DTDC and have no right to demand for refund, they are asking seller to contact booking office, I have made a online purchase and package is misplaced by DTDC, how come seller will rome around thier office for this, Seller has siggiiped package using DTDC and shared tracking number to me and thier job is done, And the cost I paid to seller included courier charges also, I want full refund and compensation from DTDC.

                The shipment having awb I49371499 has been delivered to the buyer but the delivery branch is not updating the status as delivered and using the cash on delivery money Rs 13662 collected from the buyer for personal use. even after raising the complaint with Bijapur Branch Manager Mr. Sanjeev Kulkarni for 2 months to get the status updated, he kept making false promises to resolve the issue and ended up stop responding to the calls. please take action against the responsible executive as this fraud is going on from quite a long time and update the status of this shipment as delivered asap.

                  I am filing this complaint against DTDC Express Ltd. for failure to deliver my office laptop (Tracking No: D[protected] sent from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore on January 24, 2025. The promised delivery date was January 28, 2025, but even as of today (February 1, 2025), the package remains undelivered.

                  Despite repeated calls and emails, DTDC customer support has failed to provide any resolution. I have faced:
                  1. Deliberate delays in delivery without any valid reason.
                  2. Disconnection of calls by customer support.
                  3. Professional and financial loss due to DTDC’s negligence.

                  Relief Sought:
                  1. Immediate delivery of my parcel.
                  2. Written explanation & apology for service deficiency.

                  I am filing this grievance regarding the delayed delivery of my parcel (Tracking No: D[protected], which was sent from the Kancharapalem DTDC branch in Visakhapatnam to Bangalore on January 24, 2025, with an expected delivery date of January 28, 2025. Despite this commitment, the parcel was only delivered on February 3, 2025, after significant delays and a terrible experience with DTDC's services.

                  This delay caused me substantial professional and financial loss, as the parcel contained my office laptop, which is critical for my work. In addition to the delay, I had to invest considerable time and effort:

                  Visiting DTDC offices physically to inquire about the status of my shipment.
                  Spending hours on calls with customer support, where I received unhelpful responses, disconnections, and no proper updates.
                  The entire experience was extremely stressful and inconvenient. The lack of professionalism and transparency in DTDC's service has caused me significant mental harassment. Considering the loss I faced, both financially and in terms of time, I am demanding compensation for:

                  The delayed delivery of my parcel.
                  The financial and professional impact caused by DTDC’s negligence.
                  The mental harassment and inconvenience caused by your lack of proper support.
                  I hope DTDC takes this matter seriously and provides an appropriate resolution in the form of compensation.

                      The parcel that was scheduled for delivery on the 9th has still not been delivered. Could you please escalate this matter or forward it to higher management? Additionally, will your team take responsibility if the parcel is damaged or its contents become stale? I kindly request a discount voucher or a refund as compensation for the delay.

                      Additionally, I am writing emails to the customer support everyday and there's hardly a reply back.

                      A delivery is being scheduled, but by night I receive a message stating that the area is not serviceable. Despite reaching out via calls and emails, the issue is not being addressed seriously.

                          DTDC Docket No V86981261
                          The DTDC docket says delivered on 25 Dec 2024.
                          When I complained, they apologized and restated that delivered on 1 Jan 2025, attached a sheet to prove they have delivered.

                          Sheet supposedly contains my signature - It is 'Forged'.

                          Right hand of the sheet by the DTDC states 25 Dec 2024 again a contradiction of the DTDC claim about package delivered on 1 Jan 2025.
                          DTDTC has stolen the contents of the package.

                          Despite my repeated complaints, DTDC India is sending a message - Our Support Rep has indicated that your ticket has been Resolved. Apparently Senior Executives are involved in a coverup because the content is a cheque and there is racket working to steal lucrative consignments.

                            I am bringing notice to the fraud/embezzlement made by the DTDC couriers who had to deliver my goods booked originally from Pune to Noida on 24.12.2024 and the same has been shown as delivered on 31.12.2024 on 20:16 pm, by some "Nikki Litchi", which does not correspond to the name of the recipient as written on the delivery package/consignment note.

                            Please provide the proof of receipt and also investigate who has taken the wrong delivery on my behalf.
                            I want an action at the earliest.

                              AWB/ Consignment number - H44731419 is showing that the order is delivered on 30/11/2024, but I haven't received the item yet. When I contacted the DTDC courier service regarding this matter, they are refusing the home delivery and asking me to collect the product from their office. As it was inconvenient for me to collect it from their office, I asked them to cancel the order and they refused that too stating that they already updated that the product was delivered without actually delivering it to me.

                                My DTDC shipment (tracking ID: 7D[protected] has been stuck in transit since November 27th, with no movement or updates in the tracking status. It shows "In Transit" at Velappanchavadi, Chennai, but there has been no progress for several days. Despite waiting patiently, there is no communication or resolution. The customer care also doesn't respond, when connected, they just put the call on hold to check the issue and never resumes it until the call is disconnected.

                                I kindly request DTDC to investigate this issue and provide an immediate update or deliver the package promptly. The delay is causing inconvenience, and I urge your support to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                                  This mail is to write against the services provided by DTDC Courier & Cargo

                                  i have no idea what kind of services are DTDC people providing
                                  people in DTDC office are illiterate and extremely arrogant.

                                  They have to delivery the courier with incorrect Pincode number . As soon i have noticed about the wrong pincode, raised the request to the DTDC for changing the pincode and delivery to the Correct address and i have all proofs for this communication and keep on following this 1st Nov 24 onwards. I went down to the branch of Whitefield to enquiry about the courier and came to know this branch received the courier long back and the bag was also scanned, but not able to get the courier packet in the branch.

                                  I have went down couple of times to collect my courier and even spoke with branch manager, and he talk with me nicely saying they have received the packet and bag scan has happen but they haven't scan the packet, and after searching for couple of hours they didn't find packet in the entire branch after searching for couple of hours, Because of people irresponsibility i need to lose some amount of money .

                                  They have given the numbers for the follow-up's and enquiry about the status, but none will respond to the calls and even the messages.

                                    My package was sent a month back on October 26th of 2024. Till this date there has not been an update. I have contacted the DTDC customer care multiple times yet all the time they were clueless about what was happening. I want a complete compensation from DTDC for the contents in the package which was expensive and the shipping fee and also the mental distress they have caused me. This is a serious issue as it happened because of the negligence of DTDC. Please help me find a solution and justice for my case.

                                      The consignment no K43892504 was booked on the 14th and reached Panaji on the 18th. However, it has been sitting at the Panaji branch without any notification or further action to connect it to Ponda for delivery. This consignment is for business purposes and is extremely critical.

                                      It is disappointing to witness such a lack of responsibility from the branch executives. What’s even more concerning is that, despite my efforts to reach out through Customer Care, there has been no sense o[censored]rgency or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused.

                                        I sent a parcel from Ghaziabad to Jaipur on 2nd November, It got delivered on 4th of November, Shipment tracking id is D88798859. I sent a Dinner set worth 2400/- and Dry fruit box worth 400/- packed in the cartoon, for which I paid 575 as I remember.
                                        When It arrived to the jaipur location, It was well packed from outside but inside Plates in the dinner set were broken, Dry fruit box was opened and eaten. Receiver took the parcel and signed on that paper, since It was not a open box delivery hence before signing it receiver couldn't opened the box.

                                        I raised the ticket 14942823 multiple times, called your customer support everytime they say "Sir I have escalated it it will be resolved and don't worry about it" the very next day I get an email stating that the ticket is auto closed.

                                        Dinner set was costly moreover I paid the shipping charges for safe delivery otherwise I would have sent it from any xyz courier company.

                                        I have attached photos also in the mail as a proof.

                                        I am on the losing side despite paying for everything. More than money it is loss of emotions also for me and receiver also.

                                        Please resolve this on priority basis as I raised my complaint and waiting for resolution since 4th November.
